The day of the assault had finally arrived. The morning sun bathed the earth in light, yet it failed to dispel the tense atmosphere that hung in the air. Liang Tian's expression was grave as he fixed his determined gaze on the direction of the Dark Alliance's core stronghold. With that, he vanished like a streak of black lightning, charging toward the stronghold.
The group led by Liang Tian consisted of elite fighters selected from various Hidden Sects and renowned heroes of the martial world. A brilliant light enveloped him as a powerful and mysterious force radiated outward from his center. This energy contained the vastness of the celestial realm and the resilience of the mortal world, sending enemies flying in all directions with anguished cries.
The masters of the Dark Alliance were taken aback; they had not anticipated Liang Tian's strength. Yet, instead of retreating, they exchanged glances and launched their attacks simultaneously. In an instant, various strange spells and fierce sword energies surged toward Liang Tian. With sharp eyes and quick reflexes, he responded by forming hand seals rapidly while chanting incantations. A shield shimmering with multicolored radiance appeared before him, blocking all incoming assaults.
Meanwhile, Xiao Zhan led the Jianghu Heroes alongside them, sweeping toward the Dark Alliance's members like a black torrent. Wielding his long knife with immense force, each strike aimed at the enemy was devastating. The Jianghu Heroes fought valiantly against the Dark Alliance's forces, engaging in close combat where shouts of battle mingled with cries of pain.
As Liang Tian clashed fiercely with the Dark Alliance's masters, other fronts also launched simultaneous attacks. The Ling Xiao Sect Leader commanded his disciples at the northern stronghold to unleash powerful spells; golden runes danced through the air like a meteor shower raining down upon their foes. Meanwhile, the Wan Jian Sect Master led sword cultivators at the southern stronghold, tearing through enemy defenses with fierce sword formations and energies. Each faction played to its strengths in a relentless assault on various Dark Alliance strongholds.
As the battle raged on, Liang Tian gradually gained the upper hand with his powerful fusion technique. The Dark Alliance's masters found it increasingly difficult to withstand his onslaught and began to retreat under pressure. Xiao Zhan and the Jianghu Heroes successfully cleared out their enemies and regrouped with Liang Tian as they pressed deeper into the core stronghold.
Under their fierce assault, the Dark Alliance's core stronghold began to tremble precariously. The members inside wore expressions of fear; they had not anticipated such an overwhelming attack from Liang Tian and his allies. Yet, their leader remained defiant atop a high vantage point, shouting encouragement to rally his forces for one last stand.
Liang Tian gazed at the stubborn enemy before him with a flicker of resolve in his eyes. He understood that unless he completely eradicated the Dark Alliance, peace would never return to the world. Thus, he once more summoned his internal energy, preparing to unleash his most powerful strike to deliver a fatal blow to the Dark Alliance... Whether this full-scale assault would ultimately break through the core stronghold and eliminate this evil force remained to be seen.
