As long as the power is low enough, Dian Xiao Er can be taken on the plane. However, it cannot be checked in and must be carried on.
After finishing a few cigarettes and checking the time, it was almost eleven o'clock. Where were these people?
Ye Ge, boarding has started! If they don't hurry, they'll miss the flight! Taking out his phone, Shi Tian felt it was necessary to remind them.
At this point, boarding had indeed begun. With a noon flight that was an international one, they had to go through security and customs. If they didn't arrive soon, Shi Tian was genuinely worried they might miss it.
"Have you boarded yet? Jun Ge messed up our tickets; he booked us on a flight at ten instead of twelve. We thought about it and decided maybe we should just take a boat over! It would make fishing easier too. You and Jun Ge can take turns driving; it would only take about a week to get there."
Hearing about taking a boat and taking turns for a week made Shi Tian panic. He grabbed Dian Xiao Er and rushed towards the departure hall. What kind of joke was this? Why take a boat when there was a plane? A week on a boat would be exhausting!
Watching Shi Tian rush into the departure hall with Dian Xiao Er in tow, the three of them exchanged knowing smiles. The kid had fallen into their trap; it was time for them to show themselves and chase him down.
Once inside the hall, they hid behind a pillar. Shi Tian whispered, "Ye Ge, I've checked in all my luggage and cleared customs. I'm already on the plane; they won't let me off!"
"Why don't you find Pingtou Ge and have him and Jun Ge take turns driving the boat? Pingtou Ge has a license too!"
Seeing the three of them approaching, Shi Tian quickly ran toward security with Dian Xiao Er. As long as he got through security, those three wouldn't catch up with him.
This had to be done quickly; let them take their time getting there by boat while he enjoyed a few days of freedom first. He absolutely couldn't let them drag him onto that boat.
"Have you boarded? Alright! I'll send someone to pick you up at the airport. Once you're there, don't cause any trouble; we'll come over in a few days." Watching Shi Tian flee in panic, the three of them strolled into the waiting area, took a quick turn around, then exited the airport. "You have fun by yourself!"
Once on the plane and with the cabin door closed, Shi Tian suddenly felt something was off.
This flight only operated every two days; how could Air Force possibly have made a mistake? There was no flight tomorrow!
As he watched the jet bridge move further away from him, Shi Tian suddenly felt like he had been set up. Why weren't they on the same flight? If they were taking a boat, he would be doing all the hard work—would they really let him off easy?
He pulled out his phone to call Shi Ye, but it was turned off! He tried calling Air Force and Lu Ya as well—same result! This was premeditated! He was in trouble; he had been tricked into going to Africa! Otherwise, he should have asked Li Ziyu to book him a ticket quickly so he could follow this flight.
Forget it; Li Ziyu must be asleep by now. Turning on airplane mode, he decided not to worry about it anymore. He could always book a ticket later; why stress over it now?
After more than ten hours of flying, he finally saw land again; it wouldn't be long before they landed.
Looking out of the window, all he could see were buildings. He couldn't tell if they were wealthy or not, but Shi Tian could definitely confirm that there were a lot of people here.
It made sense; Dar es Salaam used to be the capital under Tank Hei Uncle's rule and is still Tanzania's largest and most populous city.
But if domestic real estate developers saw this scene, would they rush over with shovels? With so many slums around, how many years would it take them to develop this area? At least twenty years before everything could be cleared away!
