Shi Tian arranged for Scallion Ginger Fishy to take himself to the Fishing Tackle Shop. He handed Scallion Ginger Fishy a few Carp Baits and a sun protection suit, and casually took the Rod that Liu Lei had picked out for him before hurrying back to the villa area.
This Rod was chosen by Liu Lei for Pan Ge. Liu Lei already had his own Rod, along with two Customized Rods. Since he had taken care of Pan Ge's needs, it was only fitting to return the favor with a Rod.
"Kong Shu, when did you arrive? Have you eaten yet?"
Pan Hei Keng had brought back two sheep, packed up some for everyone. "Do you want to try some?"
As the car parked in the underground garage and they stepped out of the elevator, Shi Tian noticed a group of people in the living room chatting over tea.
Glancing at Kong Yunfei sitting next to Shi Chui, Shi Tian took out his phone to check. Why hadn’t anyone called him when Kong Yunfei arrived?
"Just got here! Did you go fishing? Any resources? Share one; I want to try tomorrow." Kong Yunfei casually poured a cup of tea for Shi Tian as he spoke.
"A thirty-pound Big Carp was caught at Wan Quan River just now. We’ve organized about ten people to fish for Carp there tomorrow. Want to join?" As he spoke, Shi Tian suddenly felt something was off.
Kong Yunfei came here specifically for fishing! Hunan has plenty of Carp; why would he come all this way?
If he was here, it could only be for Tuna or deep-sea fish.
Tuna is scarce this season, but they could still catch some Shi Ban.
"Fishing for Tuna on Deep Sea No. 1? There are fewer Tuna this season, but we can catch some Shi Ban."
His own boat wasn’t available; if it were, he would have taken Kong Yunfei and Xisha out for a spin. He couldn’t say that though; the boat was with Pingtou Ge, and if he mentioned it, Kong Yunfei would definitely ask Pingtou Ge to bring the boat over.
Shi Ye reached out and took the lamb from Shi Tian's hands. Opening the bag, he pulled out a piece and stuffed it into his mouth. "This lamb was raised on feed; it lacks flavor!"
"This is the lamb you brought back? Raised on feed? It has a strong gamey taste." He complained about not eating lamb while still chewing happily on the meat in his hands.
When it comes to lamb, nothing beats that from the Serengeti Plain. Inner Mongolia’s lamb is also good, but compared to those raised by the Maasai, it still falls short since they use technology now. After Shi Ye finished speaking, Air Force immediately chimed in.
"Serengeti Plain? Let me think about world geography... I don’t recall; I must have given that back to my teacher!"
However, upon hearing Maasai, Shi Tian immediately pinpointed the coordinates in his mind.
The Serengeti Plain lies beneath Kilimanjaro, south of the Nile River, at Tanzania's northern edge; further north is Kenya.
This wasn’t a memory retrieved from a teacher but rather an impression found in the animal kingdom.
The Gnu and Zebra live together, migrating around the Serengeti Plain each year—over a million Gnu and eight hundred thousand Zebra line up to provide sustenance for lions, hyenas, and crocodiles—a truly breathtaking sight!
Amongst the lions and hyenas lived a group of Maasai. They haven’t been hunting lions lately, but both lions and hyenas have developed psychological scars; upon seeing a Maasai draped in tattered cloth, they instinctively retreat thirty miles. Otherwise, those long legs of the Maasai are not just for show—they can really run!
The Maasai have long legs—thin and lengthy—likely honed from chasing lions.
