The matter with Cha Dong has been settled, and it's time for the unreliable group to withdraw. I need to take a trip to Xishuangbanna on behalf of Sun Lang, and then head to Zhoushan to recruit staff.
Sun Lang is still drifting, so the recruitment task has been handed over to the unreliable group. To stay in Yunnan for a few more days, both of them felt they should get some work done.
Xing Xing Xiao Feng: Xing Xing Fishing Tackle Shop is hiring several staff members for its branches in Jiangnan. Candidates proficient in Taiwanese Fishing, Lure Fishing, Island Reef Fishing, and Deep Sea Fishing will be prioritized.
Work locations include major fishing spots in Jiangsu, Zhejiang, and Shanghai. The compensation is generous, but spots are limited. Interested parties should contact me directly.
I opened the Fleeting Moments of Leisure group and posted a recruitment message in the Sanya Group. I know the active members there; they are all fishermen and regular customers at the shop.
If I can recruit a few from this group, it would save a lot of trouble. They are more familiar with various fishing gear than I am. Once hired, training would be unnecessary; they could just be brought in to start working.
At the Jiangnan store, managing the shop is secondary; fishing is the priority. I need to find a way to integrate into the local circle, brainwash them from within, and lead them into the world of Xingpai Fishing Gear.

Watching one application after another come in, the two began discussing on the High-Speed Rail.
“Do you know this person?” Xiao Feng asked as he opened the first applicant's profile.
Xiao Feng didn’t recognize this person; they rarely spoke in the group. He had only asked for hooks a few times and bought a box of worms along with two jigs. This person wasn’t suitable—rejected!
The staff being recruited are likely to be trained as store managers. Someone who likes to take small advantages isn’t fit for that role.
Shi Tian strictly ordered that Wo Liao cannot be sold or given away; it can only be used personally. If someone like that were made manager, they might secretly sell Wo Liao for extra profit.
This one, Dead Fish Bite—this person could work; they’re quite persuasive—almost as good at it as the boss!
Xiao Feng pointed at another application. “This one is on hold; let’s add them to the backup list. We’ll conduct the first round of screening and eliminate those who aren’t suitable before finalizing our list.”
While the unreliable group continued compiling names, Shi Tian received a call from Da Gui Wang just after getting up. With a job that allows for daily fishing, who would still crave blessings?
