These two were quite impressive; they had managed to turn their relationship into a brotherhood that almost resembled an oath of loyalty.
Now that Shi Ye was here, both of them would surely look up to him. With the three of them tied together, Shi Tian felt like he wouldn’t have much peace left here! If he didn’t leave now, he would probably end up suffering.
After dinner, one person strolled around at night while Shi Tian found an excuse to slip away from the main group and headed to the shop; he didn’t want to endure any more of Shi Ye and Lu Ying Er’s dog food moments.
Business was still good; the two were busy running around. Although everyone was there for Xiao Yu, it wasn’t as overwhelming as Air Force’s presence. After work, Shang came by for an hour of fun; they exchanged various small items for ten bucks each—cheaper than buying from the store.
They tried their best to pull customers into their group chat whenever someone came to spend money. Whenever business slowed down, sending out a message in the group about high-value prizes would surely bring in a crowd!
"Alright, let’s hold a meeting!" After taking a tour around the shop, Shi Tian called over Zhang Wanquan and Liu Xinru.
"The first thing is that it’s almost the end of the month; starting next month, both of you will officially be promoted with salaries as previously discussed."
"The second thing is that starting tomorrow, Zhang Wanquan will take over as manager of this shop. You’ll be temporarily acting for a month; after that, we’ll evaluate how things are running before making it official. The manager's salary is quite high, so you better work hard!"
After discussing these two matters, Shi Tian turned his gaze toward Liu Xinru: "Next year we plan to open several more shops; we will definitely need managers then too. So when you have free time, read more books—I hope you can be competent by then!"
Having laid out future plans for both of them, Shi Ye and Lu Ying Er arrived as well.
Shi Tian didn’t expect them all to stand on their own right away; finding someone like Sun Lang or Old Lin wasn’t easy. Old Lin had been personally trained by Bird Brother; he had grown from a small online shop into something substantial under Bird Brother’s guidance—his skills and experience were impressive.
However, he certainly wouldn’t be returning now; he had fallen under Mo Fei’s charm and was currently working hard to cultivate a high-value individual for Bird Brother to redeem himself!
Sun Lang was responsible and not short on cash either. A small Fishing Tackle Shop wouldn’t showcase his abilities fully; they would see how he performed once he teamed up with Su Xueyi—it would surely be much better than what those other shops could offer!
After arranging things for both of them, Shi Tian focused on Shi Ye and Lu Ying Er who were approaching him.
Before he could call out to them, Lu Ying Er grabbed Shi Ye and ran off toward another area.
Well, this is to help Lu Ya and the Air Force keep things in check! The authorities are confused, but the onlookers are clear. Shi Tian knows very well whether they can pass this hurdle!
After dragging Zhang Wanquan into the mix, Shi Tian quickly explained the kickback situation with Last Rod Brother and Throwing Rod Brother. Taking advantage of Shi Ye and Lu Ying Er's moment of inattention, he hurriedly made his escape!
Once Shi Ye arrived, the division plan between the Air Force and Lu Ya was forced to halt. If he had known they were in such a rush, he would have booked a ticket back to Sanya for tonight!
