In less than ten minutes of sailing, Rod set up his stall next to Sun Lang and Old Lin, the four of them sitting in a row. Without bothering to chat, they simply fished, unaware of what the next catch would be or when it would bite. This feeling was the best! 0

"Brother, have you taken any girls to feed the dolphins recently?" Shi Tian asked casually while staring at the float in the water, directing his question at Scallion Ginger Fishy. 0

It had been a while since he fed the dolphins, and he missed those little creatures. However, he estimated he wouldn’t have time to do it soon; Old Zhang's shop was opening, and Shi Ye and the others were coming over the day after tomorrow! 0

With Shi Ye coming, preparations needed to be made. This time, Shi Ye was likely to have made quite a bit of money, and he would need to take some from Shi Ye's pocket to pay back Yi Laotou. As for what he owed Shi Ye later, whether or not he would repay that depended on his mood! 0

A few days ago, they had gone once, and those little guys were living carefree! They brought fish to feed the Sea Bass, but the dolphins didn’t even bother to look at them. They turned around and tossed a Large Yellow Croaker from the boat; he simply couldn’t afford to feed them anymore! 0

Speaking of those dolphins, Scallion Ginger Fishy was at a loss for words. Whenever Shi Tian fed them, as soon as the boat arrived, the dolphins would come out. They took forever to find them each time, and if the fish brought were of low quality, they wouldn’t even look at them. They would casually slap him in the face with a Large Yellow Croaker. 0

Recently, Scallion Ginger Fishy had stopped feeding the dolphins much; someone in the shop was taking customers to do it instead. To feed dolphins now required spending hundreds or even thousands on Large Yellow Croakers. Although they were farmed fish, at least it allowed people to get a glimpse of them. 0

Hearing this, Shi Tian was taken aback. Were dolphins really this picky these days? Farmed Large Yellow Croakers cost seventy or eighty per pound! Without some savings, one really couldn’t afford to feed them! 0

Being picky wasn’t a good thing; however, it also meant that if they couldn’t afford it anymore, they would feed them less. For them to be self-sufficient in Hai Li wasn’t necessarily bad! After saying this, Shi Tian reeled in his rod but found he hadn’t caught anything this time! 0

As he pulled up the line, he realized the shrimp on the hook was gone. He reattached a Live Shrimp and cast his line again, determined to keep a close eye on the float this time without losing focus! 0

The more he focused on the float, the less it moved. After staring for over ten minutes until his eyes felt strained, it seemed as if the float had rooted itself in place without any sign of activity. 0

Suddenly, Sun Lang's phone rang nearby, startling Shi Tian so much that he almost jerked his rod out of his hands. 0

Glancing at Sun Lang, he saw him put down his rod and turn around to shout: "It's here!" He stood up and headed toward the shop; it seemed they had a customer—one who was buying rods! 0

Looking back, he recognized that big lady from noon with a teenage girl beside her; she was a bit far away so he couldn’t see her face clearly. 0

The big lady came over? And she brought her daughter? Was she planning to buy a rod for her daughter and drag her into this? 0

"Sun Lang," Shi Tian whispered as an idea struck him. "If they buy a rod, let’s give them a pack of Black Bream Bait and throw in some Rubber Bands too; they’re Buddhist!" With that thought in mind, Shi Tian squinted as he considered how to quickly send off this mother-daughter pair! 0

As Sun Lang led them into the shop, Shi Tian put down his rod and approached Old Lin with a cigarette in hand and a grin: "Old Lin, that beauty at the door just now is probably here to buy a Fishing Rod. She looks like a novice; she didn’t bring any gear! If she buys one, you’ll have to teach her; we’re in the service industry after all!" 0

Shi Tian’s words left Old Lin bewildered. What did selling rods in their shop have to do with him? It wasn’t like they were buying online! Even if they did buy online, there were customer service representatives for guidance! Unless customer service couldn’t solve an issue, then maybe he would step in! 0

"Boss," Old Lin scratched his head with reluctance as he glanced at his float. "There are perfectly good fish here; why should I teach a novice how to fish? Am I that idle?" 0

Hearing this made Shi Tian pat Old Lin on the shoulder and crouch down slightly: "Sun Lang has a girlfriend now; he’s always hanging around with Su Xueyi in the shop—aren't you envious?" 0

"This beauty doesn’t know how to fish; you can teach her hands-on. First cultivate her into your Fishing Buddy and then into your girlfriend. Just think about it—having someone who can accompany you fishing every day as your wife would make life so harmonious!" 0

Shi Tian’s words caused Old Lin’s worldview to shatter somewhat. What did that mean? Someone came into your shop just to buy a Fishing Rod and you wanted her to commit for life? That was just too terrifying! 0

"Boss, is our store really that lucky? Not only do we get meals and accommodation along with a salary, but they also take care of personal issues?" Old Lin instinctively shifted back a little, feeling that Shi Tian was a bit too intimidating. 0

Has he been sold out by Shi Tian? When did that happen? No way! He needed to sort this out tonight! It just felt like Shi Tian's enthusiasm was a bit excessive! 0

Shi Tian shot Old Lin a look filled with disappointment. "I've been worrying about your personal issues! Sun Lang, that thirty-year-old bachelor, has zero emotional intelligence. Even now, the two of you are just blindly getting cozy, and I still have to remind him to tread carefully!" 0

"You haven't been here long, but you're not exactly young either. Bird Brother brought you here not just to help me, but also so I could assist in resolving your personal matters! You don't get along well with the staff here, and now that I've finally brought someone from outside for you, you still can't get it together. You're going to drive me crazy!" 0
