As soon as he put down his phone and glanced at the float, it was time to change the bait!
He lifted the rod, switched out the bait, and cast it back into the water. That’s when Shi Tian noticed a long shape approaching from a distance. Was it a water snake? Now that the object was only about ten meters from shore, they could clearly see it was just a fishing rod—probably dragged here by a fish!
One rod might not be safe enough; better to grab a couple more! Turning off the light, Shi Tian quietly stepped down from the Fishing Platform and ran toward the car. His Lure Rod was itching to be used!

Sun Lang quickly removed his headlamp and jumped into the water. By the time they looked again, he had swum over to the rod and grabbed it with ease.
Pulling against a big fish underwater was pure torture. But Sun Lang wasn’t foolish; he attached his Shou Sheng to the rod and swam back!
With Shou Sheng in place, things became much easier. He pulled on the line while waiting for Sun Lang to return to shore; now they just had to see how big the fish on the rod was!
As Shi Tian reeled in the line from his Lure Rod, he ran over to face his phone camera and said: “The water ghost has been caught! Make sure you all watch when we drag it up; let’s show you how we eat this water ghost live!”
After finishing his sentence with a wave of his hand, he hurried back to put down his rod; this fish should be left for Sun Lang after all—he had gotten wet just for this catch!
Shi Tian’s words turned three faces green with envy. They all knew there was a fish on that rod, but why did it sound so disgusting?

With this fish caught, the Shuigui Incident at Yi Tian Reservoir was officially over, leaving a bunch of fishermen at home cursing and swearing! Where did these two fools come from? The anglers were so frightened by the fish that they were shouting about water ghosts at Yi Tian Reservoir, scaring everyone away from fishing!
"Do you want this fish?" Sun Lang asked as he glanced back at Shi Tianyi, unhooking the line.
"You don't want it?"

He had kept several fish from their last sea fishing trip, and ever since Shi Tian went out to fish, he had been luring Su Xueyi to his home to cook for him. The smell of fresh fish had become nauseating over the past few days!
"Don't be in such a hurry to release it; I've already found a buyer for you!" Shi Tian said, turning to the three onlookers. "This is a water ghost from Yi Tian Reservoir; who wants it? Just sprinkle some chili and stew it—it's delicious!"
