While preparing the inventory for tomorrow's store restock and fulfilling Old Gao's orders, Shi Tianyi was also playing on his phone in a chat group.
Today, quite a few new members had joined the group, and many were sharing their fish catches. Unfortunately, nothing particularly impressive was posted; the biggest catch was a Three Jin Carp, which made everyone envious as they lined up for the Fishing Spot.
After a moment of thought, Shi Tianyi decided to share his own catch photos from today in the group.
Shi Xiaotian: "Let’s not talk about weight, but about numbers. In just two hours of fishing, who can compete with me?"
Chang Guadi: "Caught a shark yesterday, caught a Pahdi Hu today. What are you planning to catch tomorrow? Mudfish or Grass Shrimp?"
Shi Xiaotian:
Just as Shi Tian was about to boast, Chang Guadi delivered a decisive blow!
Scallion Ginger Fishy: "That’s enough for several plates! Clean them up, marinate them a bit, and they’ll fry up nicely. With this many fish, we could easily go through a dozen beers!"
Hu Bushi: "Send the coordinates; I’m luring tomorrow!"

He knew that Qiao Zui and Ma Kou could be lured, but he also knew that online lures were usually for larger Qiao Zui and Ma Kou, at least twenty centimeters long. The Xiao Yu he caught today were considered big if they weighed a pound; most were only finger-length. Was it even worth it to lure such small fish?
Hu Bushi: "I can’t wait; I’m going to try for Bai Tiao and see how it feels! Lure is the way to go!"
K's Lure was one of the smallest jigs among common lures and was quite suitable for catching Bai Tiao. However, Shi Tian couldn’t help but wonder if Sanya's resources had dwindled to such an extent that all they could catch were Bai Tiao now?
With that time spent, Hai Li could have cast out a couple of lines and at least dragged in a few Shi Jiu Gong! That would surely be more thrilling than catching Bai Tiao!
Regardless of whether he caught Bai Tiao or not, Shi Tian couldn't let any opportunity go to waste! If eight or ten people in the group started using small rods to catch Bai Tiao, Shi Tian would guarantee transportation back and forth and even cover lunch—he’d provide the rods too!
Shi Xiaotian: "Tomorrow morning at eight o'clock at the shop; anyone else coming? Transportation provided along with meals!"
After sending the message, Shi Tian immediately shared the coordinates of the Fishing Tackle Shop in the group to see if anyone else would join.
Another batch of Pin Gou was ready, so Shi Tian got up to pack the finished hooks into bags while starting to think about how to attract this group of fishermen.
The first thing in the morning was applying Wind Oil Essence. Shi Tian now suspected that those bumps on his body weren’t just mosquito bites; perhaps there was an issue with his bedding. He planned to change the sheets and duvet cover when he had time.
If that didn’t work, it might be the mattress itself—likely made from cheap materials that could harbor fleas! He’d have to replace it! But getting a new mattress seemed quite expensive. Maybe he could move to the second floor? Or switch rooms altogether!
After finishing the morning rush at the shop, the entrance was filled with cars, and six or seven people were waiting to accompany him in fishing for Bai Tiao.
Taking advantage of the fact that Su Xueyi hadn't arrived yet, Shi Tian ordered breakfast for each of them. Since he had promised to cover the meals, he had to follow through.
"Hey, are you all fishing for Lure? What kind of hooks are you using? I'll set you up with a few sets! Also, help me test out the new Hook while you're at it!" While eating breakfast, Shi Tian casually asked.
He hadn’t expected this group of Lure Anglers to be so enthusiastic, lining up to fish for Bai Tiao. Couldn't they show a bit more ambition? Last night, he had specifically prepared a batch of Jigs for these people; most of them used Lures for Bai Tiao fishing, and he made two of each weight, which counted as a set.
Making Hooks didn’t cost any Points, so Shi Tian didn’t hold back and made twenty sets in one go, ready to use them on these anglers.
"Lures for Bai Tiao? Anything under a gram works!" Hu Bu Shi said matter-of-factly as he took a bite of his meal.
"I have some Lures here; each of you can take a box to try out and see if there’s anything that needs improvement!" Shi Tian took the Lures he had prepared last night off the shelf and distributed one box to each of them.
Fishing for Bai Tiao shouldn’t involve Air Force One; as long as it’s not Air Force, today’s outing would be totally worth it! When Su Xueyi arrived at work, Shi Tian immediately led them out. With so many cars blocking the entrance, he hadn’t realized half an hour had passed!
He also dropped off a set of Hooks and some Line Setup for Old Gao before heading straight to the riverbank from yesterday. Shi Tian took the lead in his car while they followed behind.
Fishing from Shi Tian's car saved on Fuel Costs but was inconvenient! If the fish were biting well, it wouldn’t matter if they fished longer; however, if the fish weren’t biting, it would be hard to come up with an excuse to leave!
Upon reaching yesterday's Fishing Spot, without needing any instructions from Shi Tian, several people quickly spread out along both sides of the river. Before Shi Tian even set up his Fishing Box, someone had already caught a fish.
A good start! The first catch was a Peach Blossom Fish! It seemed that the water quality here was quite good! After saying this, Hu Bu Shi unhooked the fish and casually tossed it back into the river!
Shi Tian finally understood why Hu Bu Shi was like that; it turned out he didn’t have Yu Hu! But releasing the first fish—wasn’t he afraid of Air Force? Or was it that supernatural occurrences in fishing didn’t affect Lure Anglers?
Releasing it might be fine; perhaps he could rack up some Points here! With this thought in mind, Shi Tian considered whether to raise some Bai Tiao in Ren Lake in the villa area. If there were more fish per density, maybe they could rack up two hours of fishing every day?
