Shi Ye is Shi Tian's uncle, but they are not far apart in age. Being called "uncle" in public feels somewhat offensive, so Shi Ye established a rule that Shi Tian could only call him "Ye Ge" when they are outside. This rule was set ten years ago, and over time, it became a habit; thus, whether at home or out, Shi Ye has become Ye Ge. 0

This rule was not solely Shi Ye's idea; Yun Wan'er was also involved. However, Yun Wan'er did not specify what Shi Tian should call her, which led to various titles like Lady Yun, Yuan Jie, and Yun Jie being chosen based on Shi Tian's mood. 0

Shi Chui once tried to join in on the fun, but after being scolded by Shi Tianyi, he gave up and never brought it up again. 0

Shi Tian wanted to disguise his arrival and have Shi Ye pick him up at dawn, but after landing, he reconsidered. He had flown to Sanya, which took over three hours. Although there were indeed flights arriving in Sanya early in the morning, they were all connecting or layover flights that departed much earlier than his. He had no intention of wandering around alone for a day just to have Shi Ye come pick him up again. 0

Wandering alone for a day might have been fine, but Yun Wan'er would definitely not allow it. It was already past ten o'clock and he hadn’t returned home yet; he wasn’t even sure if Yun Wan'er had called him. If he didn’t quickly finalize things with Shi Ye, Yun Wan'er would probably be hunting him down everywhere. 0

"What? You came to Sanya? Did you fly here?" Shi Ye was somewhat stunned upon hearing that Shi Tian had arrived in Sanya. He had already booked his flight for tomorrow morning and was just waiting to leave at dawn. He never expected to be caught off guard by Shi Tian showing up. 0

In the afternoon, he had confirmed with Shi Chui that Shi Tian was out with friends. He thought that as long as he gave him a day’s time, he could make sure Shi Tian wouldn’t find him. Little did he know that this brat had come right over. 0

"Of course I flew here! I'm at the airport now; hurry up and pick me up! Or just send me your location and I can find you!" Shi Tian had no intention of giving Shi Ye a chance to refuse. He was here to settle the score with Shi Ye; who would give their creditor a heads-up before demanding payment? 0

After hanging up on Shi Ye, Shi Tian snapped a photo of the airport and sent it to him to crush any lingering hopes! 0

"Good disciple, where are you going? Do you need a ride?" Before Shi Tian could put down the phone, a luxury car pulled up in front of him. The person inside got out and chatted with an elderly man before preparing to get back in. The old man turned around and asked Shi Tian. 0

This question left Shi Tian dumbfounded. After taking a flight, did he just end up with a master? The tricks of this city were too deep! 0

Whether he recognized this master or not didn’t matter anymore; they would part ways from here on out and forget each other. 0

As Confucius said: "Among three people walking together, there must be my master." The old man had shared quite a bit during the flight; with others present, accepting this title would just be giving the old man some face since they probably wouldn’t meet again. 0

"No thanks, someone is coming to pick me up! It’s getting late; you should head back and rest!" 0

Giving the old man some face meant he had to follow through. Shi Tian stepped forward to help the old man into the car and casually closed the door behind him. 0

He hoped this old man wasn’t a con artist; otherwise, after putting on this act, if the old man ran off, it would be trouble for him later. 0

The old man got into the car but didn’t rush off. Instead, he rolled down the window and handed over a recipe he had looked at on the plane: "Don’t always play on your phone; take some time to read books instead. Take this recipe home and study it; you won’t find authentic Shandong Cuisine here!" 0

Sure enough, this was indeed an authentic Shandong Cuisine recipe; after all, the cover of the book boldly stated "Shandong Cuisine," with the character for Lu written in traditional form. 0

As Shi Tian bid farewell to this unexpected master, over at Shi Ye’s side, things were getting complicated. 0

After fishing for an entire afternoon, a few friends were enjoying beer and fish when a call from Shi Tian instantly made Shi Ye lose interest in the wild Shi Ban in his hands. 0

Noticing Shi Ye's reaction, Air Force, who was sitting nearby and sipping from a can of Xia Shou, looked up and asked, "What's wrong? Who's calling?" 0

Air Force was one of Shi Ye's closest friends; both shared a passion for fishing and traveling. Compared to Shi Ye, Air Force had a deeper background, often assisting with Shi Ye's overseas business ventures. 0

"Great! No need to run now; I've been cornered in Sanya!" Shi Ye sighed and shook his head. "My nephew just arrived in Sanya on his own and is at the airport right now! You all enjoy yourselves; I’ll go pick him up!" 0

Air Force had heard of Shi Tian before. Whenever Shi Ye traveled, his shopping list always included gifts for Shi Tian and Shi Chui Yun Wan Er, so he was quite accustomed to it by now. 0

Having heard so much about him but never meeting him, Air Force was curious to finally have the chance today. Rolling his eyes at Air Force One, Shi Ye stood up and headed outside. 0

"Drink responsibly; don’t drive after drinking," he reminded himself. Shi Ye was wild in nature but always adhered to the law’s boundaries. 0

As he watched Shi Ye leave, Air Force stood up as well. "Your nephew is coming; we should show some hospitality! Let’s get some more drinks and have the front send over a few dishes!" 0

Since Shi Tian was younger than them, it wouldn’t do to let him come over to leftovers! As for the welcome gifts, that was easy enough; the group had plenty of unique items from Heavenly South and Earthly North that would surely be tempting. 0

While they busied themselves preparing a welcome feast for Shi Tian, he returned to the departure hall and began studying the recipe sent by the old man. 0

There were no seats in the arrival hall, so Shi Tian wasn’t about to stand around waiting for Shi Ye. Although he would have to go through security again to enter the departure hall, he didn’t have much luggage—just a token gesture at most. 0

Shi Tian wasn’t particularly interested in cooking; he had never stepped into a kitchen before. His current interest in studying the recipe stemmed from wanting to test his memory. 0
