In the early stages of working together with second aunt to improve the restaurant's operations, we faced many challenges. She began to actively seek my experience and skills in business management, and actively participated in the daily management of the restaurant. She not only listened carefully to my suggestions, but also actively put forward her own opinions and ideas, discussing with me how to further improve the restaurant's business situation.
With the cooperation of " second aunt," the restaurant's operation has significantly improved. Ultimately, " second aunt " decided to transfer the restaurant's management rights to me, allowing me to take full responsibility for the daily operation and management of the restaurant.
