"Everyone from the Godslayer Squad, attack immediately! We must eliminate these beasts and save our human companions!"
Xu Jiaolong actually didn’t want to help; after all, entering the abyss had already drained her energy significantly, and things could get dangerous afterward. But given the current situation, she had no choice but to act. If this broken team was wiped out, the wolf pack would surely turn their sights on them.
After all, wolves were incredibly difficult to deal with; they were cunning and ruthless when encountering humans!
With Xu Jiaolong’s command, the entire Godslayer Squad sprang into action.

"Tan Chong, you protect the others and deal with the First-Rank Beasts!" He draws his Pei Jian from his waist, suppressing his realm to face a First-Rank Beast with his Peak of Virtual Martial Realm strength. Ice Beauty does likewise!
Twenty First-Level Spirit Wolves surround them, with ten attacking Lin Feng and Ice Beauty. Lin Feng moves gracefully, dodging a lunging Ling Wolf before swiftly thrusting his sword forward.
With a soft thud, he delivers a fatal blow that leaves the Ling Wolf lifeless! "Not bad, little brother! At your age, possessing Peak of Virtual Martial Realm strength and decent combat experience—you could easily join a major Sect as a disciple! Why would you venture into such a dangerous place like Wan Beast Abyss?"
Tan Chong wielded dual axes, delivering powerful strikes that felled a First-Level Spirit Wolf charging towards him. Observing Lin Feng effortlessly slay a Ling Wolf, he couldn't help but express his admiration and the confusion brewing in his mind.
"I dislike the Sect; it imposes too many restrictions! I prefer freedom! Joining the Hunter Squad feels great!"
Lin Feng took off running, then suddenly lunged forward, thrusting his sword with remarkable precision. The Ling Wolf that had been ferociously charging at him was pierced through the skull by his blade. He swiftly dispatched another one, simultaneously responding to Tan Chong's inquiry.
"Good!" Tan Chong shouted excitedly. He had thought he would need to play the caretaker role, especially since many at the Peak of Virtual Martial Realm entering the Wan Beast Abyss struggled to unleash their combat power. They were often terrified by the ferocious beasts and ultimately fell.
Meanwhile, Ice Beauty seemed to be quietly amassing power. The aura of San Qing Si swirled around her, exuding a sacred presence. With her longsword in hand, she swiftly dispatched three First-Level Spirit Wolves.
Of the ten Ling Wolves surrounding Lin Feng and the others, seven fell in an instant, with only two claimed by the duo. Tan Chong felt overshadowed and couldn't help but sigh, "I didn't expect this girl to be even more formidable; I've only killed two!"
Soon after, all three sprang into action, decisively taking down the remaining three wolves. Xu Jiaolong noted how strong they were; unlike others from the Virtual Martial Realm, they were already comparable to those at the Martial Realm Initial Stage, allowing her to relax completely.

The broken team consists of three Power Martial Realm fighters, including Wang Meng, who has lost his beloved at the Peak of Strength Martial Realm. Additionally, there are two Mid Stage of Strength Martial Realm fighters! One person faces a later stage Ling Wolf, while two others confront two mid-stage Ling Wolves.
The remaining three later stage Ling Wolves require the three Peak of Strength Martial Realm members from the Godslayer Squad to hold them off. The last mid-stage Ling Wolf will be dealt with by a Power Martial Realm fighter in the late stage from the Godslayer Squad.
As for the two initial stage Ling Wolves and ten First-Level Spirit Wolves, they will need two Power Martial Realm fighters in the initial stage and two Peak of Virtual Martial Realm fighters to entangle them.
On paper, the wolf pack is indeed stronger!
