As Yun Qing was gloating, a sharp sound echoed through the room as a hand slapped him on the forehead from behind. A cold voice followed, "Why are you so full of nonsense?"
"Ouch!" Yun Qing exclaimed, covering his sore forehead and quickly lowering his head.
A handsome young man entered, dressed in a white robe with a jade pendant at his waist. His face bore an arrogant expression as he walked in slowly.
As Yun Fan looked at this person, memories flooded back into his mind. This was Yun Qing's older brother, Yun Ding, one of the three Heavenly Talents of the Yun Family. According to Uncle Hai, he had broken through to the True Essence Realm just a few months ago.
However, Yun Fan didn’t care much; after all, True Essence Realm was just one level of cultivation that he could easily suppress with a flick of his hand.
Yun Ding's gaze was cold and scrutinizing as he examined Yun Fan. He was surprised to see that this kid seemed unfazed by his presence and exuded confidence instead. In the past, this boy would have tucked his tail and kept his distance out of fear of getting beaten.
But Yun Ding dismissed such thoughts; with his True Essence Realm cultivation, how could he possibly fear someone at the Refining Body Realm? The cold voice resonated through the air!
"Yun Fan, you have bullied my younger brother time and again, leaving him bloodied. As his older brother, I naturally must seek revenge."
"I have already stepped into the True Essence Realm and am a Heavenly Talent of my family. I will not resort to bullying the weak."
"All you need to do is surrender and let my brother teach you a lesson. Once this grudge is settled, we can consider the matter closed."
Upon hearing this, Yun Qing was momentarily stunned, then stepped forward with a grin. "Yun Fan, I strike quickly. I will simply return to you everything you did to me."
As he spoke, he rubbed his hands together eagerly, seemingly unable to wait to give Yun Fan a good beating.
Yun Fan's shoulders twitched at this remark, revealing an impatient expression. "If you want to teach me a lesson, then let’s see your strength. If you're not capable, you'd best get lost and stop bothering me."
Yun Ding's eyes flashed with a hint of ferocity. He hadn't expected this brat to be so arrogant as to disregard him, the family's Heavenly Talent. It seemed necessary to teach this kid a lesson and make him remember it.
With a slow step forward, a cold voice echoed through the air.
