She cautiously moved her body, trying to find an opportunity to escape. Just then, a man suddenly glanced in her direction, startling her into quickly closing her eyes and pretending to still be asleep. 0

"This girl hasn't woken up yet; let's hope she doesn't cause any trouble once we hit the road," the man muttered. 0

"Don't worry, we've tied her up so securely that she won't be able to run away. Once we're on the ship, it'll be foolproof," another man replied. 0

Listening to their conversation, Ling Xue felt increasingly anxious. She knew she had to act quickly; otherwise, once she was on the ship, escaping would become even more difficult. 0

Suppressing her fear, Ling Xue tried to make her voice sound gentle and submissive. "Big brother, could you please untie me? There's no one behind the cargo pile; I promise I'll make it worth your while." A flicker of hesitation crossed the man's eyes, but desire ultimately won out. He slowly approached and untied the ropes binding Ling Xue. 0

Carefully standing up, Ling Xue pretended to shyly lower her head, leading the man toward the back of the cargo pile. There, she immediately activated her skill, Duo Po. The man's eyes went blank as he lost his self-awareness. 0

Through gritted teeth, Ling Xue commanded coldly, "Shoot the other two lackeys and then kill yourself." The man mechanically obeyed her orders; after a few gunshots rang out, the other two lackeys fell into pools of blood. Then he turned the gun on himself and pulled the trigger. 0

Ling Xue watched the horrific scene unfold before her, feeling a pang of regret in her heart, but she knew she had no other choice. She quickly fled the scene, remaining alert to her surroundings as she ran. In a panic, Ling Xue hid in another warehouse. When her gaze fell upon the scene before her, the shock and anger within her were indescribable. 0

This warehouse was even darker and more humid than the previous one. The air was thick with a nauseating mix of smells: the sour stench of sweat, the odor of fear, and a long-standing decay that lingered from neglect. The walls of the warehouse were mottled and damp in places, as if silently recounting countless tragedies that had occurred here. 0

A large group of Southeast Asian girls huddled together or lay helplessly on the ground. Their hair was tangled and dirty; some strands were matted with dust and grime. Their faces were gaunt, eyes swollen and filled with despair. Many bore bruises and abrasions on their skin, clearly having suffered brutal treatment. 0

The clothing they wore could hardly be called clothes; they were merely tattered rags barely covering their bodies. Some of these rags had been torn beyond recognition, exposing their pale skin marred by scars. Their limbs were thin and frail, as if they could break with a gentle touch. 0

Some girls clung tightly to one another as if seeking warmth and safety in each other's presence. Their lips were cracked and trembling slightly, as though they were silently crying out for help. Others stared blankly into the distance, their souls seemingly stripped away, leaving only empty shells behind. 0

Ling Xue looked at these pitiful girls with a burning fury in her heart. She vowed silently that she would find a way to rescue them and ensure that those who committed such atrocities would face their just punishment. 0
