After taking the photo, the man led Ling Xue to another room, handed her some money, and informed her of the repayment time and method. Ling Xue accepted the money, but her heart felt heavy. Pretending to count it, she said, "Thank you, I will repay it on time, but is there a way to get more loans? I'm worried this amount won't be enough." The man's eyes glinted mischievously as a strange smile crept across his lips. "Of course, as long as you're willing, there are other ways."
At that moment, the man's intercom suddenly crackled to life, and a deep, authoritative voice commanded, "Bring this girl to me." The man's expression changed slightly before he turned to Ling Xue and said, "Come with me."
A wave of unease washed over Ling Xue, but she knew she couldn't back down now. She followed the man into a luxurious office where a burly man with a face full of flesh sat. This man was the boss of the Naked Loan Company. He scrutinized Ling Xue with a predatory gaze before revealing an evil grin. "Little girl, you're quite pretty. Besides loans, would you be interested in providing us with some other services?"
Ling Xue felt a wave of nausea but fought to remain calm. She feigned fear and trembled as she asked, "What services? I... I just came for a loan." The boss laughed heartily. "Don't be scared; as long as you obey, there will be plenty of benefits for you. For example, accompanying our clients for drinks or chats, or engaging in something more stimulating."
Ling Xue's face turned pale; she realized she had fallen into a more dangerous situation. But she didn't panic; instead, she quickly thought of a strategy. After a moment's hesitation, Ling Xue gritted her teeth and pretended to accept the proposal. The boss smiled with satisfaction. "Girls like you are not uncommon out there." He spoke in a mocking tone, his gaze slithering over Ling Xue.
Suppressing her fear, she forced a smile and replied, "As long as it helps me, I’m willing to consider it." The boss nodded approvingly and pulled out a document from his drawer, disdainfully tossing it onto the table. "Sign this agreement; you won't just be a borrower anymore."
Ling Xue understood that this was her chance to get closer to the truth and carefully took the agreement. She clutched it tightly and glanced at the densely packed text, knowing this would be key to her comeback. Maintaining her composure under the boss's mocking gaze, she signed the document. As the pen touched the paper, she silently vowed to bring these criminals to justice and seek reparation for the victimized girls.
The boss watched her sign with a smug smile on his face. "Alright, now you're one of us." He stood up and paced in front of Ling Xue with an air of threat and triumph. Ling Xue lifted her gaze slightly; determination flickered in her eyes as she replied firmly, "I will keep my promise." Yet inside, she had already plotted every step to expose this dark loan trap and let light shine upon those tormented souls.
The boss patted Ling Xue on the shoulder with a sly smile playing at his lips. "I hope you can satisfy us all." He turned towards the window where the night loomed heavy outside as if ready to swallow everything whole. Ling Xue took a deep breath; defiance sparkled in her eyes as she mentally counted down and prepared to set her plan into motion.
Following closely behind the boss, Ling Xue's mind raced; she knew each step had to be taken cautiously. Just then, the boss's phone rang. He glanced at it and frowned slightly. Seizing this opportunity, Ling Xue quietly retrieved a small recording device from her pocket and pressed the start button gently. She knew this might be her only chance; she had to succeed.
The boss answered the call in a low voice. From his tone, it was clear that the caller addressed him as Hei Hu while he referred to them as 'the boss.' Hei Hu's attitude was also very respectful; it seemed that the true decision-maker was on the other end of the line.
