"Open the door, it's me." Lin Han spoke in a low voice. At this moment, he was the hunter, and both Chen Huan'er and the neighbors should open the door for him.
The wooden door creaked open, revealing a head with dark circles under the eyes, cautiously scanning the surrounding residents.

Just then, a crack appeared in the already flimsy window. The neighbors with hollow eyes were desperately trying to crawl through it!
The glass cut into their skin, blood spraying everywhere; yet they seemed completely unfazed, their eyes fixated only on the bits of meat on the chopping board.
"Let's get out of here." Lin Han dared not hesitate any longer and quickly pulled the immersed Chen Huan'er toward the door.

A loud crash echoed as those pale-faced neighbors squeezed through the window. In an instant, it seemed as if these eerie neighbors had been summoned and were rushing toward them.
"Now!" In this critical moment, Lin Han called out softly. His palm turned transparent, resembling strands of ribbons intertwining.
Suddenly, time within this house slowed down dramatically as if it were about to come to a halt.
Seizing this opportunity without hesitation, Lin Han kicked open the door and fled with Chen Huan'er!

Behind them, the neighbors who had not been affected by the delay effect moved like predators, their hands and feet following closely behind.
Lin Han suddenly turned his head and saw that the people who were crouching down had seams on their bodies, with black and yellow fur visible in between.
In an instant, he realized something.

With a loud gunshot, those who had been crawling towards them seemed to awaken from a deep slumber.

As he watched these people suddenly return to normal, Lin Han finally felt a sense of relief. He noticed that the seams on their bodies and the black and yellow fur had vanished.
