As soon as Wu Qinghong finished speaking, his figure blurred and he vanished in a flash of fire.
Xue Wushuang hesitated before asking, "What should we do, Lin?"
Everyone turned to Lin Han, who was contemplating the system's prompt. After a moment of thought, he replied, "Let's move forward and focus on saving people."
With that, flames ignited beside him, and the Blazing Fire Qilin appeared after a long absence, letting out a long roar that seemed to express its dissatisfaction at being kept away for so long.

Qin Luoxi's voice rang in Lin Han's ear; they were close enough that her breath brushed against him, sending a tingling sensation through his body.
"Good Blazing Fire Qilin," he murmured as the creature descended towards the ground. Its four legs landed heavily, cracking the concrete beneath.
Lin Han rolled off and jumped down, but Qin Luoxi's voice faded away only to reappear right beside him again. On her shoulder was an Azure Phantom Fox, lazily swaying its three tails and yawning.
Lin Han scanned his surroundings; in the distance lay a sea of flames, shattered glass from nearby buildings reflecting the chaos, with thick black smoke rising into the sky.
This time, without needing a reminder from Qin Luoxi, Zao Zhi Yan began to operate on its own.
