Yun Zhi Yue felt as if the region they were in had been locked down by the heavens. A new Di Wei gradually rose, radiating from the thirty-three heavens. At that moment, both the Celestial Realm and the Underworld were stirred.
A familiar voice echoed: "Congratulations to Tian Hu Zu Zhang for entering the Imperial Realm. Witnessed by the Lord, we are overjoyed."
Then, the voice of the Heavenly Emperor spread throughout the Celestial Realm: "The Thirty-Six Days welcomes another Imperial Realm. All heavens should congratulate Tian Hu Di Jun!"
Cheers erupted from all corners of the heavens: "Congratulations to Tian Hu Di Jun! Congratulations to Tian Hu Di Jun! Congratulations to Tian Hu Di Jun!"
Listening to the resounding voices across the Celestial Realm, Yun Zhi Yue was left speechless. Was entering the Imperial Realm this easy? Hadn't it been said that entering the Imperial Realm was difficult? How could it happen so casually over a single feast? There was no way humility was played like this.
What surprised Yun Zhi Yue even more was what came next.
The first tale of Ji Wei entering the Imperial Realm was: Two thousand years ago, Sister Jun, Ji Ru Xue, entered the Imperial Court as a Celestial Consort and was deeply favored by the divine. However, this drew the ire of the Heavenly Queen, leading to her demise by Nirvana Fire on that fateful day when the Lord was also present.
The once-mighty ruler was but an ant easily crushed, powerless to save a loved one, and that day became a nightmare for two thousand years. Entering the Imperial Realm was not for reaching a peak but for avenging grievances. From this day forth, the Celestial Fox Clan and Phoenix Clan would be in a death struggle; these three would be sacrificed!
The three Phoenix Clan members who had achieved great success in the Imperial Heaven Realm could not even utter a cry for help under the enormous illusion of Tian Hu; their souls were obliterated!
Such arrogance from a mere child!
The Phoenix Clan quickly responded with an equally massive Huo Feng illusion appearing.
"I am Feng Nu, the Grand Elder of the Phoenix Clan. I have been in the Imperial Realm for over seventy thousand years. The Phoenix Clan rules over the Celestial Realm; how dare you, a mere newcomer to the Imperial Realm, provoke us? I shall cast you down from your Imperial Realm and avenge our Phoenix Clan's pride!"
"To hell with your claims of ruling over the Celestial Realm! The Heavenly Emperor is of the Dragon Clan; how can you Phoenix Clan be so arrogant?"
Another golden dragon soared across the sky; it too belonged to the Imperial Realm and was not among the Four Great Emperors. The Dragon and Phoenix Clans indeed had deep roots!
But did this mean that their rivalry had not escalated to such a level?
The flames on the phoenix burned even fiercer as it retorted angrily: "Long Xiang, you are too old to escape your Dragon Clan now. Yet our clan leader is about to step into the Imperial Realm. The Phoenix Clan still has Bi Fang Emperor with us; how dare you Dragon Clan act so brazenly!"
"Haha! Is entering the Imperial Realm as simple as saying it? Even if you do enter, what then? If your Phoenix Clan cannot behave, then my Dragon Clan does not mind lending a hand to Tian Hu Di Jun and ensuring that no phoenix remains in this world!"
"Doesn't Heavenly Emperor fancy that little girl from Tai Chu? It would be just right to dispose of Heavenly Queen and make way for her. With Tai Chu's noble bloodline, Heavenly Emperor's offspring will surely be of unparalleled strength in our Dragon Clan!"
Feng Nu, infuriated, shouted, "What a load of nonsense! The so-called Heavenly Emperor is just a flower, and Tai Chu Zhi Ling is nothing but grass. What comes out of you has nothing to do with your dragon clan. You dragons are destined to be cut off from your lineage, with no hope for your bloodline!"
"Who are you cursing, you chicken? You Phoenix Chicken Clan!"
At some point, the Fox Phantom had vanished, leaving only a golden dragon and Huo Feng exchanging insults from afar. Their harsh words lacked the dignity expected of Imperial Realm experts, placing them on the same level as Ying Ying.
The verbal battle continued for quite some time, but the one with the worst expression was Yun Zhi Yue.
What she and Yue Qi had said would only circulate within a limited range, but after today, not only would the entire Thirty-Six Days know about it, but even the Underworld would be fully aware. How could she return after this?
Wouldn't it raise suspicions that she was sent by the Heavenly Emperor as Jian Xi?
Just as this thought crossed her mind, a voice from the Imperial Realm pierced through the heavens from the Underworld.
