The clothes in the Qiankun Bag were limited, so I had to conserve them. I set up a warning formation nearby and began to regulate my breathing, knowing that everything could only proceed when I had sufficient energy. 0

Fortunately, the Fo Xi within my Dan Tian could be mobilized. Fo Xi is the essence gained from cultivating Buddhist Scriptures, and Buddhism is a practice that fosters tranquility and compassion. It also has unique benefits for healing and recovery. 0

I sat cross-legged on the ground, my hands pressed together in front of my chest, reciting scriptures. Following the circulation method, I guided my energy from the Dan Tian through the Ren Du Meridians. At first, the flow was extremely slow, but gradually it became smoother. 0

Once I felt my strength returning and my spirit calming down, I exhaled a breath of stale air and slowly withdrew my energy. Luckily, there was an electronic watch in my Qiankun Bag. It seemed to be a gift from Hao Zi when I returned to the village a year ago—one of those old plastic digital watches. 0

I had always treasured it and never wanted to use it. Now it proved to be quite useful. Although it only cost about ten yuan back then, its quality was surprisingly good. 0

At this moment, it had already been a night since I fell down, yet there was still no movement above. 0

I stood up, preparing to look around for an exit when stones began to fall from above. Fortunately, I was leaning against the wall; if I had taken another step forward, my head would have been crushed. 0

As the stones fell amidst clouds of dust, my heart sank. I looked up at the well opening and shouted angrily, "What are you doing?" 0

Were they trying to bury me alive? 0

The stones continued to rain down like a storm. I cautiously moved along the base of the wall until I reached a fork in the path, where I finally breathed a sigh of relief. 0

I silently vowed that once I got out of here, those people would pay for their actions. 0

This fork led into a dirt tunnel that seemed like it had been dug by some animal. It was about half a person high, forcing me to crouch as I held up my torch to venture inside. 0

Fortunately, there was still some vegetable oil in my Qiankun Bag that I had originally prepared for roasting game. Little did I know it would come in handy now; pouring some oil on my clothes would allow them to burn longer. 0

This was how we used to play with torches on the night of the Mid-Autumn Festival every year. 0

Crouching low, I made my way forward, feeling the cramped space pressing in on me. Eventually, I switched to crawling on my stomach. Though my elbows ached, it was a more comfortable position. 0

After some time, I noticed the surrounding soil had become noticeably wetter. The air was thick with the scent of earth. More importantly, the flame on my torch flickered slightly, indicating that there was airflow. 0

With a glimmer of hope, I felt invigorated. I nibbled on some dry cake that could easily chip my teeth and took a few sips of water, carefully observing the changes in the flame as my heart sought direction. 0

When I first entered this cave, there had been a single straight path. After crawling for a while, however, I encountered numerous forks in the road. Like a headless fly, I could only rely on the moisture of the soil, its color, and the subtle movements of the flame to guide me, constantly testing my luck. 0

"Damn it!" I exclaimed as I punched the ground in frustration. How had I ended up in yet another dead end? Checking my watch, I realized two hours had already passed. Fortunately, there was air in this cave; otherwise, I would have suffocated before starving or dying of thirst. 0

Leaning against the cave wall, I felt increasingly anxious. It was maddening not being able to stand up in this cramped space. 0

There was no turning back now; returning meant facing being buried alive. I might as well take a chance. 0

“Whew… whew…” 0

Suddenly, my foot froze mid-movement. Was that… snoring? Though faint, I listened carefully several times to confirm it wasn’t just my imagination. 0

Could it be that luck was finally on my side? Someone was actually sleeping down here? 0

Down here? 0

My initial excitement quickly cooled as reality set in. After considering it for a moment, I decided that taking this risk was worth it; after all, waiting here would only lead to death. The world is full of surprises—perhaps I'd encounter someone kind who could help me escape? 0

I cautiously followed the sound of snoring, moving slowly. With this guidance, my progress became much smoother. After navigating a few twists and turns, the snoring grew louder. 0

My heart raced as it climbed into my throat, and I silently prayed for protection from any misfortune. 0

As I approached the cave entrance, I closed my eyes, feeling a nervous anticipation akin to waiting for a lottery draw. Slowly, I cracked my eyelids open just a sliver. 0

What on earth is this? 0

It's enormous! 0

I rubbed my eyes and took a closer look. Inside the cave lay a gigantic silkworm? But it was far too big, measuring over a meter in length. Its body was round and barrel-like. 0

It was sprawled out in a most ungraceful manner. 0

Rows of legs beneath its abdomen twitched rhythmically, almost like it was playing the piano. 0

Seeing such a scene, my heart, which had been racing with excitement, plummeted to the depths of despair. 0

It’s simply immoral to disturb someone’s sleep. 0

As I tiptoed around, intending to leave quietly, a loud noise erupted. 0

“Puff… puff…” 0

An indescribable stench suddenly filled the air, reminiscent of a cesspit buried underground for years. 0

“Ah… A Che…” 0

I couldn’t help but sneeze. As I covered my nose and contemplated moving, I found myself frozen in place. 0

I felt two sharp gazes fixed on my back. 0

I cursed inwardly, is this the Year of the Ben Ming Nian? Is it really not a good time to go out? 0

Even though I knew that what was behind me wasn’t human, I instinctively raised my hands and slowly turned around. 0

Oh no, as soon as I turned, I came face to face with a large face. 0

A pair of curious eyes, like beans, stared at me. On its head were stripes that resembled the character "王" found on a tiger’s forehead if you didn’t look closely. 0

The massive head kept leaning towards me, its breath hitting my face. 0

“Ugh…” 0

I couldn’t hold it in and suddenly vomited; it was just too foul. 0

Even so, that enormous head continued to nudge against my abdomen, as if there was something inside me. 0

The eyes on its head sparkled with an inexplicable excitement and eagerness. 0

I immediately felt something was off. Could it be that this creature had been underground for too long and had become a neurotic due to loneliness? 0

Did it mistake me, a Handsome Young Man, for a female silkworm? 0

Before I could process this thought, a thin strand of Silk shot out from its Cocoon Beak, aimed directly at my abdomen. It felt like a needle prick; the strand seemed to have a target and went straight for my Dan Tian, piercing through the Buddha Breath Cage I had created with Zi Gu. 0

Zi Gu appeared to be terrified of this thin strand, frozen in place and trembling. 0
The fine thread pierced into Zi Gu's body without hesitation. 0

I watched as the already small Zi Gu vanished at a visible speed. 0

A wave of secret delight surged within me; I had been under Zi Gu's control, yet here it was resolved so easily? 0

Indeed, when God closes a door, He opens a window. 0

But how many doors has God closed for me before opening this one? 0

I looked on helplessly at the Giant Silkworm, which seemed to be enjoying itself, and then I found myself staring back at it in bewilderment... 0
