The girl glared at her fiercely and lifted her chin defiantly. "I’m Wang Daguo's girlfriend."
Wang Daguo was drenched in cold sweat upon learning that his girlfriend had gone to confront Su Mingxian. Without a second thought, he sprinted back from the Food Processing Plant at full speed.
In his haste, he collided with Fang Dahai and Shen Chi, who were searching for someone.
“Sorry, sorry!” he exclaimed as he tried to run past them, but Fang Dahai grabbed him firmly. “Where do you think you're going? You think you can just run off after bumping into someone?”
Wang Daguo was frantic. “Brother, I didn’t mean to! I have something urgent to attend to, really urgent!”
Fang Dahai was unfazed. “Urgent? Can it be more urgent than what we’re dealing with? I just need to ask you something—where does Wang Daguo live?”
