"Fine, I won't ask. Can you tell me about what happened after I got drunk that day?"
"Do you really want to know?"
"Enough nonsense!"
"Alright, don't regret it!" Ming Yuan deliberately cleared his throat, making it sound like he was about to give a speech.
"The atmosphere that day was quite nice. After you lay down, manager Yu pulled me out, saying he wanted to drink with me alone. Sigh..." Ming Yuan feigned seriousness, "I've never seen a woman cry like that."

"Tradition my foot! Just get me the video!" I punched him hard.
The day of handing over the house truly felt like judgment day.
Yao Hui and I stood side by side at the entrance of our new home, though we seemed distant in spirit. Her mother was already sitting there, waiting for us, and she even brought her own luggage.
Before I could say anything, my mother-in-law shouted, "Hurry up and open the door! I'm here to stay with my daughter!"
I glanced at my mother-in-law, then at Yao Hui. "What’s going on here?"
Yao Hui looked at me without saying a word, then ran over with the keys, opened the door, and politely invited her mother inside, closing the door behind her.
