"We need to leave here," Anna said in a low voice. They quickly retreated and hid back in the top floor classroom. Once back in the classroom, both of them were panting, their hearts still unable to calm down. They knew the danger from earlier was far from over and they had to find a safer place as soon as possible, while continuing to search for important resources.
"These mutated zombies are too strong, we must be more careful," Anna said, wiping the sweat from her forehead with her sleeve.
"We need better plans and more resources," Lisa responded, feeling a wave of exhaustion but with a determined glint in her eyes.

In the next few days, Anna and Lisa began to gradually explore the campus, but each time was filled with fear and unease. They carefully made their way through the classroom buildings and the playground, trying to avoid the lingering zombies.
One day, on their way to the gym, they suddenly heard a low growling sound. Anna and Lisa quickly hid to the side and observed through the bushes. They saw a mutated zombie, huge in size, tearing apart an abandoned car with its sharp claws.
"We need to take a detour," Anna said in a low voice. They quietly changed their route, trying not to make any noise.
"These monsters are getting stronger," Lisa's voice trembled slightly.

They finally arrived at the gym, trying not to disturb the nearby zombies. Upon entering the gym, the silence inside made them feel uneasy. Suddenly, there was a rustling sound in the corner, and Anna and Lisa held their breath, slowly approaching.
They found a mutated zombie curled up in the locker area, its body contorted and covered with green spots on its skin. The zombie's eyes were flashing red, seemingly sensing their presence.
"Run!" Anna pulled Lisa and quickly left the locker area. They ran all the way and finally found the exit, but were blocked by several zombies.
Four.
"We need to find another exit," Lisa said urgently as they turned and ran in the other direction.
At the other end of the gym, they found an entrance to the basement. They decided to hide there temporarily, hoping to find a safe place to take cover. The basement was dark and damp, with a musty and putrid smell in the air.
"It's too dangerous here, but we have to keep going," Anna said as they lit their flashlights and began searching for a way out in the basement.
Five
They discovered a storage room deep in the basement, where some old sports equipment and first aid supplies were piled up. Anna and Lisa decided to take a break here, sort out their thoughts for a while.
"We need to find more food and water," said Lisa as they checked the first aid supplies and found some bandages and disinfectant.
"These will do for now, but we need more resources," Anna responded, feeling uneasy.

Just as they were about to leave the storage room, they suddenly heard heavy footsteps outside the door. Anna and Lisa quickly hid in the corner of the storage room, holding their breath. They heard the footsteps getting closer and their heartbeats accelerated.
A giant mutated zombie pushed open the door of the storage room and sniffed around. Its skin had a strange gray-green color, and its eyes glowed red. The zombie slowly walked into the storage room, seemingly searching for something.
Anna and Lisa tried to make as little noise as possible, quietly waiting for the zombie to leave. After a few minutes, the zombie seemed to lose interest and turned away from the storage room.
"It was too thrilling," Lisa said in a low voice, feeling a wave of exhaustion.
"We need to leave here as soon as possible," Anna said. They quickly packed up their supplies, preparing to leave the basement.
Seven
They quietly made their way through the basement and found another staircase leading to the ground level. They carefully climbed the stairs and returned to the ground floor. The sunlight outside brought them a sense of relief, but they knew that the danger was not yet over.
"Hurry, let's go back to the top floor classroom," Anna said in a low voice as they quickly crossed the campus and returned to the main teaching building.
Eight
After returning to the top floor classroom, Anna and Lisa finally breathed a sigh of relief. They sorted and stored the supplies they had brought back, placing the protective equipment in a conspicuous location for easy access.
"We already have a lot of resources, but we need more information," said Anna, as she looked at the map, contemplating the next course of action.
"Our next target is the basement of the library, where there may be more information about the zombie virus," suggested Lisa.
"Okay, we'll leave early tomorrow morning," Anna nodded. They decided to rest first to conserve their energy.
Nine
The next morning, Anna and Lisa, equipped with new protective gear and first aid supplies, headed to the basement of the library. They carefully made their way through the campus, trying to avoid the zombies' sight.
After entering the library, they found that it had been taken over by zombies and they had to be extra careful. Anna and Lisa sneaked into the basement through the back door.
In a corner of the basement, Anna and Lisa found a locked archive room. They pushed the door open and found it filled with files and research materials. Anna and Lisa began to carefully search, hoping to find important information about the zombie virus.
"Look, here are some records about virus transmission and mutation," Anna said as she picked up a document and read it carefully.
"These documents are too important, we must take them back," Lisa said. They quickly gathered the important files and packed them into their backpacks.
Eleven.
Just as they were about to leave, they suddenly heard footsteps coming from the entrance to the basement. Anna and Lisa quickly hid in the corner of the archive room, holding their breath. They saw several mutated zombies enter the basement, obviously attracted by their activity.
"We need to find a way to leave here," Anna said in a low voice, her heart racing and palms sweating.
"Follow me," Lisa responded quietly. They quietly made their way to the other side of the basement, searching for an exit.
Twelve
After a thrilling escape and evasion, Anna and Lisa finally found the stairs leading to the ground. They quickly climbed the stairs and returned to the ground floor of the library. The sunlight outside made them feel relieved, but they knew that the danger was not yet over.
"Hurry, go back to the top floor classroom," Anna said in a low voice as they quickly crossed the campus and returned to the main teaching building.
Thirteen
After returning to the top floor classroom, Anna and Lisa finally breathed a sigh of relief. They spread out the research materials they had brought back on the table and began to study them carefully.
"These data can help us better understand the spread and mutation of the zombie virus," said Anna, with a glimmer of hope in her eyes.
"We need to develop a long-term survival plan," suggested Lisa, and they began discussing the next course of action.
In this dangerous and unknown campus, Anna and Lisa not only learned how to survive, but also how to maintain hope and courage in adversity. They knew that only by relying on each other could they find meaning in this challenging world.
