Bai Wu had met Yan Zhou once while they were in the port city, standing beside Bai Tong. It seemed that the person next to him was from the Bai Mountain Sect.
Ruan Fu Xi glanced over one by one and inadvertently made eye contact with one of them. The man appeared to be a serious and upright middle-aged individual. Upon noticing Ruan Fu Xi's gaze, he frowned at first, but when he saw her face, a look of surprise immediately lit up his expression. He was about to walk over excitedly but quickly halted, as if hesitating for some reason.

She looked at him for a moment before shifting her gaze away and asked Gao Li beside her, "Master Gao, has the leader of the Bai Mountain Sect arrived?"
Gao Li glanced toward the Bai Mountain Sect and replied, "No." Seeing her curiosity, he added, "Strictly speaking, the Bai Mountain Sect currently doesn't have an official leader, only an acting leader. I've heard that only one who possesses the Leader's Token can be considered the official leader. Without the token, one can only be an acting leader."
"Leader's Token?" Ruan Fu Xi murmured to herself, as something flashed through her mind. She suddenly recalled the qilin jade token she had found in the old house, which bore the words 'Bai Mountain' engraved on it. Could it be that this was the Leader's Token of the Bai Mountain Sect?
As this thought crossed her mind, a smile tugged at her lips. If that were true, Ruan Fu Xi believed that this jade token could play a significant role in this exchange conference. As for when she would bring it out, it would depend on when Bai Zhan and others decided to take action against her and Yan Zhou.
Before long, three gongs sounded from above; it was time for the exchange conference to begin. Several judges took their places on a makeshift platform and announced loudly:

After a brief moment of dizziness, Ruan Fuxi found herself in the secret realm, with Yanzhou right beside her. Both frowned as they faced a gigantic centipede that was crawling toward them while spewing foul liquid.
Ruan Fuxi turned away and remarked, "So ugly; it's truly hard on the eyes. Yanzhou, it's up to you."
Sheng Yanzhou nodded and swiftly pierced the centipede's body with his sword.
