"What am I supposed to do here on the coast? There’s hardly any seafood, and I want to help," said Ruan Xun.
Ruan Fuxi looked at him reassuringly. "How could there be no seafood? There will definitely be some."
She then handed him Yue Hongjie’s fishing net. "With this net, I guarantee you’ll catch plenty every time."
Ruan Xun was a bit surprised. Although he knew it was unlikely, he couldn’t help but feel a bit convinced due to his admiration and trust in his sister.

"You can pull the net now," Ruan Fuxi called out.
With her voice echoing in his ears, Ruan Xun instinctively began to pull the net from the water. He felt nervous and excited, so he didn’t dare look at the catch right away.
It wasn’t until Han Feier exclaimed in surprise, "Wow! It’s really full of fish! Xiao Xi, you’re amazing!" that he finally glanced at the net he had just pulled up. Inside, fish were flopping around energetically, splashing water everywhere.
Han Feier added, "There are so many! It must be heavy; let me help!"
As the net emerged from the sea, Yue Hongjie and Lin Yunqing, who were standing nearby, rushed over to assist in pulling it up. The catch was so abundant that the net felt heavy.
Only when they finally dragged the net onto the beach did everyone see just how much they had caught.
Plump sea fish were wriggling inside the net, their silver scales glinting under the sun. In addition to a plethora of fish, there were also several needle crabs and shrimp along with some oysters and scallops.

Han Fei'er circled around the fishing net, her face filled with surprise.

Then she counted on her fingers and turned to Yue Hongjie and Han Fei'er, saying, "Let's prepare to go into the sea as well. I consulted my fortune, and it shows good luck; nothing will happen, so you two can relax."
Han Fei'er had been a bit scared, but after hearing Ruan Fuxi's words, she felt less afraid. After all, if Xiao Xi said it would be fine, then even if something did happen, Xiao Xi would surely come to her rescue.
