She shouted towards the door again, "No, just leave it at the door."

After explaining the situation, she wanted to see who this delivery person was, so she opened the delivery app. To her shock, she found that the delivery person had already left her order at her doorstep before knocking. Even more alarming was that this delivery person was a woman, while the voice outside had been male.
Now alone at home and facing an unknown man outside, fear crept into her voice as she said, "Old Wang, I'm scared."

She hesitated, unsure if they were really police officers. What if they were trying to trick her into coming out? She peeked through the peephole, but it had been blocked.
At that moment, Wang looked at Ruan Fuxi.
Ruan Fuxi nodded in response.
Only then did Wang turn to his wife and say, "Open the door, dear. Xiao Xi says it's okay."
