Upon hearing this, the crowd suddenly understood, nodding in agreement. It seemed that the Jia family's wealth was not merely a stroke of luck!
"Do you still find it strange that they have so much money?"

After a while, when no one responded, Captain Ku led his team into the Jia household to investigate the scene!
Upon entering, he frowned at the sight before him. The scene had clearly been tampered with; it was frustrating because people nowadays didn't understand how to preserve a crime scene. This undoubtedly made their investigation more difficult!
With a helpless sigh, he instructed his subordinates to search for clues as thoroughly as possible.
"Yi Zhonghai! What are you doing here at the crime scene?"
Captain Ku felt someone approaching him. Turning around, he saw Yi Zhonghai, a prominent figure in the courtyard, and immediately reprimanded him!
Yi Zhonghai was taken aback by Captain Ku's stern tone. He then quietly said, "Captain Ku, please don't be angry. I'm here to report something important!"
"What is it, Yi Zhonghai?" Captain Ku assumed Yi Zhonghai had information related to the theft case.
"Well, Captain Ku, actually my house was also robbed. They took fifteen hundred yuan and various tickets!" Yi Zhonghai whispered to Captain Ku.
Hearing this, Captain Ku's face darkened. "I said Yi Zhonghai, why didn't you mention you were robbed when I was asking questions in the courtyard earlier?"
Yi Zhonghai feigned difficulty: "Captain Ku, I was just worried that revealing my loss would make me unsafe. Please don't make this public!"
"Nonsense! Your money has been stolen and you're worried about being unsafe? The most important thing right now is to catch this thief!"
Captain Ku's voice was loud enough for those watching from the doorway to turn their attention toward Yi Zhonghai.
