Sha Zhu took two steps, then turned back and patted his pocket. "Hey, big brother, I rushed out without any money. Can you lend me some?"
Yi Zhonghai pointed to himself. "Sha Zhu, I just threw on some clothes and came out too. I don't have any money either. You should go get some; Huairu and I are waiting at the hospital!"
"Alright, big brother, I'll go home and get the money now."
As Sha Zhu left the hospital, he slapped himself on the face. "What am I doing!? Today, I've hurt Bang Geng so badly; Sister Qin is definitely going to be mad at me! Sigh!"
Sha Zhu, Yi Zhonghai, and Qin Huairu stayed at the hospital with Bang Geng all night. It was only when dawn broke that Bang Geng woke up. As soon as he opened his eyes, he cried out, "It hurts, Mom! My stomach hurts!"

Sha Zhu and Yi Zhonghai also gathered around. When Bang Geng saw Sha Zhu, he remembered what happened last night and pointed at him angrily. "Sha Zhu, you big fool! How dare you kick me! I won't let this go!"
"Mom, Sha Zhu hit me yesterday! You can't talk to him anymore!"
"Alright, Mom will listen to Bang Geng. From now on, I won't talk to Sha Zhu anymore."
Seeing the two of them in sync like this made Sha Zhu anxious. "No, Sister Qin! Didn't I say it? I really didn't know it was Bang Geng yesterday!"
At that moment, the doctor came in after hearing the commotion and checked on Bang Geng. "It's nothing serious; the pain is normal for now. It should ease up by today."

"Bang Geng, why did you break the glass in the middle of the night?" Yi Zhonghai suddenly asked.
Bang Geng felt there was no need to hide anything from Yi Zhonghai. He replied, "That blind man not only wouldn't lend us meat but also had his grandma hit my grandma yesterday! My grandma even got taken away by the neighborhood committee because of them! So I wanted to smash their windows to vent my grandma's anger!"
The more Yi Zhonghai listened, the more he frowned. "Wait a minute, Bang Geng, you were trying to smash Wang Jiefang's windows?"
"Yeah, what's wrong with that?" Bang Geng replied.
"Then why did you end up smashing your own windows and mine as well as Uncle Zhu's?" Yi Zhonghai asked in confusion.
Sha Zhu and Qin Huairu were equally puzzled. Especially Sha Zhu; when he heard that Bang Geng intended to smash Wang Jiefang's windows, he started getting angry.
"Huh? I smashed my own windows? How could that be?! I clearly remember going to that blind man's window in the front yard!"
"Maybe you were half-asleep and mistook the door?" Qin Huairu asked curiously.
"Impossible! I was fully awake at that time! Besides, I've lived in this courtyard for so long; I'm familiar with every household! How could I mistake the door?" Bang Geng shook his head in denial.
Bang Geng insisted he hadn't made a mistake. Even if he had mistaken the door, it wouldn't explain why he smashed all three of their windows. "I suspect this is Wang Jiefang's doing; otherwise, why would he only target our three houses?" Yi Zhonghai speculated with a serious expression.
At this point, Sha Zhu's anger flared even more. "I also think that blind man is up to no good! How dare he scheme against me? Just wait until I catch him!"
