After sending Su Rui off, Lin Yao asked Academician Zheng how to resolve the issue of carrying data. No matter how remote or impoverished a civilization was, there were often empty seats when fewer representatives attended. Having mingled within the Star Alliance for so long, Academician Zheng found it easier to connect with less economically developed civilizations rather than the affluent ones.
After the opening ceremony came the presentation of new pharmaceutical products. Although the Yunmeng Star System had awakened its abilities through a special potion and was participating in the Turing Pharmaceutical Summit, the recognition did not extend to their system; they could only participate in a personal capacity. Ultimately, the formulas for these potions would be consolidated under the name of the Alliance's Organization Department, becoming a shared wealth of the entire Alliance.
Initially, the Yunmeng Star System felt unfair and discontented but realized there was no alternative. If they disagreed with this arrangement, they wouldn't even be able to leave their own system or access new knowledge, ultimately falling behind in isolation.
Watching one pharmaceutical product after another being introduced on stage, Lin Yao could only express her regret. There were various potions for physical enhancement, ability breakthroughs, body strengthening, organ regeneration, and longevity—each more astonishing than the last.
The Ruilan civilization behind Su Rui also seized this opportunity; they brought forth a newly developed brain domain enhancement potion to showcase at the presentation. However, this potion was clearly as sought after as the longevity potion by various civilizations.
As soon as the presentation concluded, those civilizations producing longevity potions and brain domain enhancement potions became the most popular among attendees. With no money or qualifications, Lin Yao and her companions could only watch.
Looking at Academician Zheng's graying hair and recalling that he seemed only in his eighties, Lin Yao couldn't help but ask, "Academician, would you like me to help you get a vial of longevity potion?"
For high-level ability users, a lifespan of around one hundred years was typical. Given that Academician Zheng was only in his eighties, he shouldn't appear so aged. Lin Yao couldn't persuade him and had to give up.
The new drug presentation conference would last for several days, with the heavyweight presentations scheduled for the front and newer drugs following behind. Lin Yao didn't waste time waiting to see each one; instead, she visited the exhibition booths of various civilizations to take a look.
After her rounds, she realized that aside from some intermediate civilizations and economically developed primary civilizations, the richness of the drugs from other lower-level civilizations couldn't necessarily compare to that of the Yunmeng Galaxy. It seemed that over the past two thousand years, the predecessors of the Yunmeng Galaxy must have worked tirelessly to catch up with the Galactic Alliance.
Unfortunately, other technologies were too severely restricted; otherwise, given the determination of the people from Yunmeng Galaxy, they would likely have already matched the overall development level of the Galactic Alliance.
Having visited the drug exhibition, Lin Yao thought that since she was already there, she might as well check out other technology exhibition halls. Although it was a drug summit and other technology halls were open as well, they had far fewer visitors compared to the drug exhibition.

This proves my findings were correct. Once we return, if I delve deeper into this, I might be able to develop toxins with effects similar to those here."
Wang Jincheng wasn't a researcher and had no say in this matter.
"I remember there's an exhibition hall for energy food. We don't have time for anything else; let's first accompany Zhang Feng to check out the energy food hall," Yao Beiluo suggested.
"Sure!" Lin Yao agreed without objection.
That was the plan, but plans often change unexpectedly.
On the last day of the drug summit, early in the morning, Lin Yao heard a familiar sound followed by an announcement from the system: "Sign-in system updated successfully. Welcome back, host!"
Hearing that familiar voice made Lin Yao nearly burst into tears.
The system had updated without any prior notice, and she had thought she had lost it. For her, the need for the system wasn't particularly strong, but for the Cloud Dream Galaxy, it was essential to quietly acquire new technologies. Now that it had finally arrived, Lin Yao could finally breathe a sigh of relief.
She found a new technology and tentatively touched it, triggering the system's sign-in prompt. It was already their last day there, and time was running short. In order to sign in for more items, Lin Yao had no choice but to leave her team behind.
The most urgent needs for the Cloud Dream Galaxy were the jump technology and starship technology. Although they had exchanged spatial technology with the Ruylan civilization, Lin Yao didn't fully trust them. Without hesitation, she rushed to the Spatial Technology Exhibition Hall.
First was the Lavis civilization's exhibition hall, which showcased the most advanced spatial technologies—from small spatial anchors to large jump points, and even the latest spatial jump techniques. The jump points only had introductions and models, and Lin Yao was worried she wouldn't be able to sign in for them. To her surprise, the sign-in system was incredibly effective; she managed to sign in even for the models.
However, there was one downside: the points she earned from signing in increased significantly. She had originally aimed to accumulate enough points for her sign-in at the Galactic Alliance.
