At two in the morning, a series of urgent sirens shattered the night's silence as several police cars swiftly surrounded the Fog Hidden Apartment. Emerging from one of the vehicles was a young officer named Silence, dressed in a crisp uniform and possessing striking features. She was a renowned detective from the Tokyo Metropolitan Police Department, celebrated for her keen insight and extraordinary deductive skills, having solved countless complex cases.
"What’s the situation?" Silence asked as she briskly approached the apartment's entrance, glancing at the officer beside her.
The victim was a resident of the apartment, confirmed to be the well-known entrepreneur Ichiro Okamura. According to the caller, he had heard strange noises from next door tonight and subsequently discovered Mr. Okamura lying in a pool of blood. The officer quickly reported the details.
