Lin Tianyu sat on the sofa, watching the surveillance screen as Liu Dahu stormed towards his residence with a few lackeys, wielding a machete in hand. A cold smile crept across Lin Tianyu's lips as he thought to himself, These guys really don't know their limits.
He then retrieved a high-strength composite bow from his space. This bow was incredibly powerful, capable of easily piercing through steel. It was more suitable for the situation; using a gun would be too lenient on them! Death was far less terrifying than what he had in mind.
Lin Tianyu calculated silently in his heart, deciding to teach this group of reckless fools a lesson.
Liu Dahu, dressed in a fur coat yet shivering from the cold, arrived at Lin Tianyu's doorstep, cursing loudly at the house. "You little brat, come out now! Aren't you tough? Get out here!" He shouted while raising the machete and swinging it down at the door.
However, when the blade struck the door, there was a sharp crack, and Liu Dahu's weapon snapped cleanly in two! "What the hell, is the door that strong?" Liu Dahu exclaimed in shock, his eyes wide.
"You guys, break it down for me!" Liu Dahu angrily ordered his lackeys to take action. A few of them brandished metal baseball bats and began to smash against Lin Tianyu's front door.
After several minutes of relentless pounding, their hands grew numb from the impact. Upon closer inspection, they realized that Lin Tianyu's security door showed no signs of damage whatsoever!
Seeing this, Lin Tianyu found their efforts utterly laughable. This door was made from the same material as a bank vault; not even missiles could breach it, let alone their flimsy bats!
"Keep smashing!" Liu Dahu yelled. "You little brat, once I get this door open, I'm going to kill you! Hurry up and come out!"
Lin Tianyu activated the attack mode on his super alloy door—something he had requested Kaze to leave for him. He felt grateful for his foresight while also finding amusement in the stupidity of those outside.
"Shut up, you brainless idiots!" Lin Tianyu's voice rang out just as an arrow shot forth and struck Liu Dahu squarely in the shoulder, piercing right through his body.
"Ah!"
Liu Dahu let out a frantic scream and then collapsed on the ground, unable to move.
Another arrow pierced through Liu Dahu's calf!
"Ah, hurry and lift me up! That guy has a bow and arrow!"
Seeing this, his Brothers rushed to carry Liu Dahu away, sprinting as fast as they could.
"Let me teach you a lesson first. I wonder if anyone over there can help Liu Dahu. He better not die too quickly!" Lin Tianyu thought to himself as he watched their distant figures.
After Liu Dahu was carried away by his Brothers, they found that the hospital phone lines were down. With no other options, he had to rely on his underlings to help him treat his wounds. This was nothing new for him; after all, they often found themselves in trouble, and injuries were a common occurrence. Sometimes, when they got shot, they avoided hospital treatment to evade complications and had to deal with it at home.
Despite the pain making him sweat profusely, Liu Dahu gritted his teeth and let his underlings tend to his wounds.
Once everything was over, Liu Dahu sat wearily on the sofa, his face dark with anger.
His Brothers were filled with righteous indignation, picking up their weapons and preparing to seek revenge on the one who had hurt their big brother.
However, Liu Dahu stopped them and said, "Hold on. That kid is no joke; he has a compound bow in hand. If we rush in blindly like this, we'll only end up suffering."
