"Just tell me how much you need, as long as you have enough collateral. We can lend you any amount."
Lin Tianyu replied, "Yeah, I urgently need cash for some operations. Yin is taking too long to process the loan. Can you really provide quick funding?"
"Of course! How much do you need?" The bald man asked Lin Tianyu.

The bald man led Lin Tianyu through the back door of the storefront into an office at the back.
In the office, Lin Tianyu sized up the boss. He was a hefty man with a scar running across his eye and mouth, wearing a heavy gold chain around his neck and sporting a scruffy beard—quite an ugly sight! However, he was dressed impeccably in high-end brands.
The bald man whispered Lin Tianyu's situation to his boss and then said, "Boss, this is the client who wants to borrow money."
The boss, Liu Liqiang, smiled and gestured for Lin Tianyu to sit down. He instructed his assistant to pour tea and asked, "How much does Lin Xian want to borrow?"
Lin Tianyu replied, "Definitely as much as possible; I currently need six million."
"That's fine. As long as Lin Xian has enough collateral, we can lend you six million or even ten million without any issue. But I must inform you that our interest rates are quite high. Are you okay with that?"
Lin Tianyu responded without hesitation, "No problem. As long as the funds come quickly, I can accept a higher interest rate. I just need it for three months."
"Alright then. You’ll borrow six million, and after three months, you'll need to repay the principal plus interest. I'll print out the loan agreement for you right away."
"Also, you'll need to provide collateral of equivalent value. Anything under your name will do."
Lin Tianyu thought to himself how shady this was but kept his expression neutral as he pulled out the property deed.
My house is worth around ten million, and this watch is valued at over eight hundred thousand.
As he spoke, he took off the watch. He had paid a hefty price for it back then, but now it seemed worthless!
Liu Liqiang took the property deed and the watch, allowing someone to verify them.
Before long, Liu Liqiang's phone rang. After answering, a smile spread across his face! Lin Tianyu's house was in a prime location! Most people would pay a premium for it, and with the watch included, it would easily fetch him ten million without any loss!
"Lin Xian, I have verified your property deed and the watch. Here is the Loan Agreement. Sign your name, and the money will be transferred to your account!"
Liu Liqiang handed the Loan Agreement to Lin Tianyu.
Without hesitation, Lin Tianyu quickly signed his name on the loan agreement and pressed his fingerprint onto the seal!
"Pleasure doing business! The money will be in your account within five minutes."
Once home, Lin Tianyu received a notification that the funds had arrived!
Now he had over sixteen million in hand and could buy some food! After all, zero-cost purchases were limited to packaged foods. Lin Tianyu's space-time was frozen, which meant he could store some cooked meals!
The dishes prepared by five-star hotel chefs were no longer available after the apocalypse! It was better to stock up now!
