Originally, I planned to go down the stairs, but considering the situation I encountered when I took the fire axe earlier, it's simply not possible. After all, such temporary protective devices are only suitable for short-term use under conditions where professional equipment is lacking. If used for a long time, this simple temporary protective device will definitely have problems. I spread out the fire hose, checked the length and quality, and confirmed that everything was fine. Then I put on gloves (it's important to wear gloves, otherwise when going downstairs, due to the force of gravity, gripping the hose tightly with both hands will cause constant friction, leading to the hands being squeezed and bleeding or directly rubbed raw, which will be very painful). After securing the device, I put on my backpack and started to go downstairs.
Because I have previous experience with outdoor climbing, I go downstairs relatively quickly, and the process goes smoothly. However, when I reached the 7th floor, I found a monster in the living room, eating a body on the ground with its back to me. It was a mother, eating the body of a little boy on the ground. I didn't have time to look closely, so I couldn't help but shake my head and continue down.
When I arrived at the balcony on the 5th floor, I first moved my body to the side, not directly down from directly above the balcony, but stopped at the recessed area next to the balcony's external wall. Because when I was on the external wall of the 6th floor, I heard footsteps on the 5th floor, the kind of sound like wearing clogs dragging on the ground "clatter, clatter". This kind of aiming at the monster's head and killing it cleanly is a conclusion I have drawn from the comprehensive analysis of my previous clever killings of Liu Laosan and encounters with monsters. Previously, I saw in the video that the guy from Corpse change had lost the left half of his body, his internal organs were hollowed out, and yet he could still stand up. The common reason why these severely disfigured monsters can still survive is that their brains have not suffered serious damage. Even if the probability of this kind of thing happening is only one in ten thousand, I must eradicate it to ensure absolute certainty. Moreover, it is no longer the kind and gentle old man it used to be; it is just a completely inhumane monster, so I feel no psychological pressure at all.
