Stepping out of the hotel, Jin Bing and his men left in a clean sweep, leaving only his lonely Lamborghini parked there. No, there was one more person, sitting in the passenger seat of his car, and he had no idea how she got in.
Leaning against the car window, it slowly slid down to reveal a pretty face. Shasha couldn't help but tease, "Mary, not going back with your boss? Do you want me, your rival, to give you a ride?"
The woman was none other than Typhoid Mary, who giggled at the remark. "If Mr. Liquid Snake is willing to give me a ride, I wouldn't mind."
Shasha chuckled at her response, straightened up, and pulled out her phone. After giving a few instructions, she stopped moving.
Just as Mary was curious about why Shasha hadn’t gotten into her car yet, the roar of a motorcycle echoed nearby. Moments later, Lao Luo arrived on his Harley Street 750.
Shasha tossed the car keys to Lao Luo and casually instructed, "Take this lady wherever she wants to go."
With that, she hopped on her motorcycle and sped off into the wind.
Mary's expression darkened at this. As Lao Luo got on his bike, she let out a cold snort and walked away.
This left Lao Luo bewildered; he couldn't understand why his boss would ignore such a beautiful woman. If it were him, he would have been overjoyed.
Some people you can approach; others will leave you bleeding if you try. Hurting Mary definitely fell into the latter category!
Speeding through the streets without a care for driving skills, Shasha reveled in the exhilarating rush akin to riding on the wind. It was no wonder so many people loved driving fast; that thrill could easily become addictive.
Just as Shasha was savoring this rare pleasure, a thunderous roar erupted from behind her. The sound waves felt like a scream from hell itself. She turned her head just in time to see a motorcycle engulfed in flames matching her speed.
Focusing intently, she spotted a burning skull head staring right at her.
After a long moment of silent eye contact, the skull spoke in a deep voice, "Nice bike."
With that remark, it accelerated again and left Shasha's motorcycle in its dust.
After a while, Shasha snapped back to reality and couldn't help but laugh. "I didn't expect the Evil Spirit Knight to make an appearance."
That guy seemed to want to judge her sins? Did he leave because he couldn't see any wrongdoing? Or did he choose to depart because he couldn't conquer himself?
Shaking his head, Shasha suddenly became curious about what that guy was up to and quickly sped off, following the trail of flames.
He traveled from New York all the way to the outskirts of Los Angeles, finally arriving at a cemetery.
Looking at the motorcycle parked outside the cemetery, Shasha instantly understood the situation. This was when the Heartless Demon escaped from hell to the human world, and the Evil Spirit Knight was sent by Mephisto to deal with them.
After a moment's thought, Shasha decided to observe quietly. To avoid detection by these sensitive beings, he glanced at the towering wall outside and slowly climbed up.
Without making a sound, he reached the rooftop and saw a group of four unusually sinister-looking individuals approaching.
The leader was dressed in black, with skin that was exceptionally pale. His face seemed to be shrouded in heavy darkness, and his body exuded a chilling aura with every step he took.
Behind him were three helpers: one as solid as earth, one that could exist without water, and one that moved without wind—these were the Earth Demon, Water Demon, and Wind Demon summoned by the Heartless Demon. Regardless of the Heartless Demon himself, these three were also formidable opponents; they could elementalize at will. Unless attacked with special methods or hellfire from their own realm, no attack would affect them.
Facing these four was the Evil Spirit Knight, who was completely immune to physical attacks. The only way to defeat him was through defenses capable of resisting Hellfire and overwhelming strength to force him out of his Evil Spirit Knight state.
Just as Shasha pondered their abilities and weaknesses, they had already begun fighting.
The Wind Demon transformed into a gust of wind, lifting the Evil Spirit Knight with chains in an attempt to strangle him.
The flames extinguished, and the Heartless Demon laughed heartily. But when the flames reignited, his expression turned grim.
The burning chains were grasped tightly by the Evil Spirit Knight, resembling a hellish chain that bound evil spirits, emanating a terrifying aura as he advanced step by step toward the Heartless Demon and his companions.
However, at that moment, the Earth Demon vanished from sight. He reappeared driving a vehicle that slammed into the Evil Spirit Knight, crashing him into a wall.
The Heartless Demon looked pained but quickly broke into mocking laughter.
Thinking they had resolved the situation, they turned to leave. Just before the Earth Demon could turn around, a burning iron fist struck him squarely in the face, sending him flying and leaving him disfigured.
By the time the Heartless Demon reacted, burning Hellfire chains had ensnared the Earth Demon. Without giving him a chance to beg for mercy, they incinerated him into charred remains that slowly dissipated into the air upon hitting the ground.
Seeing this, the Heartless Demon had no intention of seeking revenge and slowly departed with what remained of the Water Demon and Wind Demon.
The Evil Spirit Knight did not pursue them; he merely watched as they departed. After a long moment, he flicked the chains that bound him and climbed onto his transformed hellish vehicle, slowly driving out of the graveyard.
Before leaving, he took a deliberate glance at the rooftop. Although he had become a skeleton and lacked any eyes, Shasha still sensed a hint of amusement in his void-like presence.
It seemed he had already noticed her but chose not to speak.
Shasha pondered for a moment but decided not to chase after him. She had no intention of befriending someone like him, especially since dealing with a demon like Mephisto was beyond her capabilities.
With a leap, she landed perfectly on her motorcycle. Shasha sighed inwardly; her elemental abilities were indeed useful. If the Earth Demon had fallen at her hands, perhaps she could have mastered the power of the earth element.
Oh well, what is gained is fortunate, what is lost is fate.
Shaking her head, Shasha slowly rode away after her moment of reflection.
