"Really? That’s great!" Jianjian attempted to break free from Xiao Qiang's hold to approach the woman but was met with his stern glare. He coldly stepped away from the spot.
He and Jianjian walked for quite some time while the strange woman followed them at a leisurely pace. She seemed wary of him, peeking out from behind rocks.

Chixia looked incredulously at her newly freed hands, then at Little Pick-Up, finally breaking into a long-lost smile.
Xiao Qiang said, "Call her Chixia!" The woman nodded happily; he had finally called her name, which meant he acknowledged her existence.
With Chixia leading the way, they truly avoided many unnecessary detours.
Chixia mentioned that going down this path led not to any clinic as Xiao Qiang had said but to a hospital. At that time, people were in a panic, claiming there were man-eating monsters in town, each trying to escape in their own way. The hospital should be deserted now.
It was precisely for this reason that she had climbed up the mountain to hide. Inadvertently encountering the Living Dead had sent her running for her life, aimlessly fleeing until she ended up in this Valley.
