Regarding my importance.
The students of this academy are all children from wealthy families, and the news spread quickly. They no longer dared to provoke me easily; some even went out of their way to curry favor with me. However, there were always those who lacked sense. Xu Jinwei's classmate, Zhang Lan, was one of them.
After I ranked within the top two hundred in the midterm exam, she accused me of cheating in front of the entire class. "I know she was just a country girl before; if it weren't for her connection to the the Ye Family, how could she possibly be here and keep up with her studies?"
