He covered his eyes, thinking about the possibility of Daphne becoming his brother's wife in the future, and the idea of seeing her holding his brother's hand, sleeping in the same room as his brother, made him feel suffocated.

When Jeffrey went to see Louis of the Vandura Family again, he brought a very special gift.
Louis looked at the Glass teapot in his hand, a drop of sweat sliding down the back of his neck, and said helplessly, "It is my honor to meet Lord William, how can I still let you prepare a gift for you, my lord?"
"This gift is not for the butler, Louis, you don't need to be too nervous," Jeffrey smiled.
If it's not for Louis, it will only make him more nervous...
"So, who are you planning to give these two fish to?"
Jeffrey smiled and looked at Louis for a long time, then smiled again with satisfaction and said, "Of course, it's for the beautiful Central Fountain in the garden. I think these two colorful fish will make it even more vibrant."

After the koi fish were delivered, Jeffrey and Louis spent a lively half day in the pavilion, and then had him take them to visit the Vandura Family garden.

"William?" Daphne remembered the face from last month. "He's been coming to our house to see Louis so often this month. What does he want to do?"
Lucia glanced at Daphne and hesitated for a moment before telling her, "It seems that the William family head is fond of Miss."
Daphne paused in feeding the fish and turned to look at her, "What did you say?"
"William family head seems to be pleased with Miss Lucia," Lucia repeated, "He may have intentions of befriending Miss."
Daphne asked in confusion, "Then why did he come here to find Louis? If he intends to marry, shouldn't he go to find the brother?"
Of course, she had no intention of marrying the other party.
Lucia replied, "Because William family head knows that if he directly proposes to the family head, the family head is likely to refuse on the grounds that the young lady's heart's desire is not him."
Daphne grabbed her hair and asked, "Does he really... like me? Then why did he go to Louis instead of coming to me?"
"The request to visit Miss Daphne will go through the hands of the head of the family, and it is very likely that it will be rejected in the name of Miss Daphne."
