Li Ming was engulfed in darkness, his consciousness hazy, as if he were trapped in an endless abyss. The sounds around him gradually became clearer, echoing from afar, each one resonating with immense shock and grandeur.
The sounds of slaughter on the battlefield thundered in his ears; he could hear the thud of soldiers falling, their heavy bodies crashing to the ground. With each fall came the loss of life, filling him with unbearable pain and helplessness.
"Ah—!" The battle cries of soldiers fighting valiantly echoed around him, filled with unwavering determination and courage. Each shout was a struggle against fate, as if they were battling the endless darkness. The voices of the soldiers were laced with despair, yet also with indomitable will.
The roar of the Demon Soldier was wild and cruel, sending a wave of fear through Li Ming. He could hear the frenzied howls of those monsters, as if they sought to devour all living beings. Mixed within those sounds were the screams of Human Soldiers, piercing his heart like a knife.
"Boom—!" Explosions erupted on the battlefield, deafeningly loud. With each blast, the ground shook as if the entire world trembled. Gunfire intertwined sharply and urgently, narrating the brutality and despair of war. The sounds of collapsing buildings mingled with the explosions, making Li Ming acutely aware of the destructive power of the battlefield.
"Ah—! Brothers, hold on!" A soldier's voice rang out with desperation and resolve, echoing in Li Ming's ears. He could feel that soldier's struggle on the battlefield, but it was soon drowned out by a scream.
"Help! Please help!" Another soldier's cry was filled with unimaginable fear and despair, as if calling for one last hope.
Amidst this chaotic cacophony, Li Ming heard Chen Yao's scream, filled with pain and terror, causing his heart to sink. The agonizing screams brought on by Xiao Li's lewd actions pierced through him like a blade, igniting a fierce anger and helplessness within him.
"Ah—! No!" Chen Yao's voice was saturated with despair and suffering; her cries made Li Ming feel as though his heart was being torn apart.
"Hahaha, look at this pretty face!" Xiao Li laughed pervertedly, gently caressing Chen Yao's cheek with his fingers, his eyes glinting with twisted desire. "Your struggles only excite me more!"
Xiao Li's tongue flicked out again, licking near Chen Yao's ear with a nauseating sound. Her eyes brimmed with anger and disgust, yet she could not escape his grasp. Her struggles only fueled Xiao Li’s excitement further as he laughed maniacally: "The more you struggle, the more excited I get!"
Li Ming groaned in agony, feeling intense pain coursing through his body from a heavy blow. His breathing became rapid; each breath came with sharp pain.
"Chen Yao..." Li Ming tried to call her name but found his voice weak and powerless.
"Li Ming, you must hold on!" Mo Shiu's voice echoed in his mind, filled with steadfast strength as it sought to awaken his will.
Li Ming felt the Spiritual Energy within him rapidly gathering, as if a force was supporting him. He knew that no matter how difficult it became, he could not give up. He had to rely on his own strength to fight for everything they cherished. Even in the face of immense hardship and despair, he could not falter. He had to stand up, for Chen Yao, for the soldiers who were fighting, for this world—he could not fall.
"I... cannot give up..." Li Ming whispered to himself, but his voice had grown faint.
Just as he was about to lose consciousness, Mo Shiu's voice echoed in his mind once more, carrying a resolute strength: "Li Ming, hold on! In this moment, you cannot give up!"
Li Ming felt the Spiritual Energy within him swiftly gathering again, as if a force was bolstering him. He understood that he must depend on his own power to protect everything they held dear and fight until the end. Even when faced with overwhelming difficulties and despair, he could not surrender.
He experienced endless pain and hopelessness, his body pinned down and unable to move, while the sounds of battle around him drowned him like a tide. The anger and helplessness in his heart nearly made him give up, but at that moment, the will deep within him awakened once more.
"Give me... lend me your power... Mo Shiu, you damned thing!" Li Ming's voice gradually grew louder, his eyes shining with determined light.
As he uttered the last word, he suddenly lifted his head, a fierce glow erupting from his eyes. Xiao Wang and Xiao Li were stunned; they never expected Li Ming to possess such formidable power.
In that instant, a surge of red Spiritual Energy exploded from Li Ming, mixing with blue and forming a powerful force that instantly filled the entire battlefield.
"Ah—!" Li Ming roared as he stood up from the ground, the Spiritual Energy around him swirling like a storm with immense might. The powerful pressure knocked Xiao Wang back, causing him to crash heavily onto the ground with a muffled thud.
"You won't harm anyone again!" Li Ming's voice was filled with anger and determination as Thunder Power and Red Aura flickered around him, making him appear like an invincible warrior.
Xiao Wang and Xiao Li looked at Li Ming in shock and unease. They had never witnessed such overwhelming power before and felt a wave of fear wash over them.
"This is impossible... how can you have such strength!" Xiao Li stammered, fear flashing in her eyes.
Li Ming's Spiritual Energy grew stronger and stronger, as if it would consume the entire battlefield. He felt the power within him rapidly coalescing; thunder and Red Aura intertwined to form a devastating force.
Xiao Wang let out a furious roar, raising both axes as he charged at Li Ming violently, ready to strike him down with his grotesque horns. At the same time, Xiao Li tossed Chen Yao aside like trash and extended her mutated long arms to swiftly attack Li Ming.
Li Ming's eyes were sharp, sensing the surge of power within him. He raised his blade and executed a precise tactical roll, deftly dodging Xiao Wang's fierce charge. Xiao Wang's dual axes grazed the spot where Li Ming had just stood, crashing into the ground and kicking up a cloud of dust.
"Xiao Li, you won't get away with this!" Li Ming shouted angrily. Facing the two monstrous hands rushing toward him from Xiao Li, he gathered Thunder Power on the blade, blue lightning flickering along its edge, emitting a piercing crackle.
"Boom!" Li Ming swung his blade with all his might, unleashing the Thunder Power as the blade sliced toward Xiao Li's arm. The Thunder Power pierced through Xiao Li's defenses, cutting deep into his flesh. Xiao Li let out a horrific wail, retracting his arm in agony.
"Ah—! This is impossible!" Xiao Li couldn't believe what was happening; his mutated arm was unable to withstand Li Ming's attack.
The light of Li Ming's blade shimmered with destructive force, his eyes filled with determination and rage. "This is for everyone you've harmed, for those soldiers fighting on the battlefield!"
Seeing this, Xiao Wang's eyes flashed with shock but were quickly replaced by fury. He raised his axes once more and charged at Li Ming with a roar. Li Ming remained calm, gripping the hilt of his blade tightly, ready to meet the attack.
"Xiao Wang, your strength is no longer enough to defeat me!" Li Ming declared loudly, the Thunder Power around him intensifying as if it were about to consume the entire battlefield.
Xiao Li clutched his injured arm in pain, fear and anger flashing in his eyes. He hadn't anticipated that Li Ming's power would surge so dramatically that it could penetrate his defenses and inflict such severe damage.
"You worthless piece of trash!" Xiao Li roared in anger, attempting to strike at Li Ming again, but he knew that the current Li Ming was no longer an opponent he could easily handle.
Li Ming took a deep breath, feeling the power within him rapidly gathering. He knew he had to go all out to completely defeat these two formidable foes. With both hands tightly gripping the hilt of his blade, he prepared to unleash his strongest attack.
"For the sake of everything I hold dear, I will not fall!" Li Ming shouted as the Thunder Power around him surged forth like a raging storm, striking with unmatched force at both Xiao Wang and Xiao Li.
