I looked around and found myself inexplicably at the Foot of the Tomb Mountain. The mountain was tall and steep, its surface bare, devoid of trees or grass, giving it an eerie appearance. 0

A sense of foreboding washed over me, urging me to leave this place. However, thinking of Qiu Ye and the others chasing after me, I had no choice but to grit my teeth and press on. 0

"Damn it, once night falls, I'll run back. I want to see who dares to stop me then!" I muttered to myself. 0

After a little over ten minutes, I arrived at the Foot of the Tomb Mountain. There were no other paths to take; only one trail led up to the high Grave Hill. 0

"Want me to go up there? Not a chance." Although I had no idea what awaited me on Grave Hill, my instincts screamed that danger lurked above. 0

I parked my motorcycle by the roadside and hid behind a large rock to cool off. I took out the Nine-Dragon Cauldron from my backpack and drank all the Elixir of Immortality inside, beginning to heal my wounds. 0

Bored, I leaned against the rock and played with my phone. When I got tired, I closed my eyes for a short nap; when hunger struck, I pulled out some buns from my backpack to nibble on. 0

Those buns were leftovers from breakfast at the hotel. I had planned to eat them on my way back if I couldn't find anything else, but it turned out they came in handy now. 0

As I played with my phone, I kept an eye on my surroundings, and time passed slowly. 0

Before long, it was six in the afternoon. The sun was nearly setting, and darkness began to creep in; the Yang Qi around me weakened as well. 0

I stood up from the ground, stretched a bit, and with a glint in my eyes and a cold tone said, "It's time for me to strike!" 0

I scanned the area for any solitary spirits, hoping to capture a few to deal with Qiu Ye and his group. Otherwise, even with my skills, I wouldn't stand a chance against them. 0

Even though Dog Treasure resided within me, it was currently asleep. Unless absolutely necessary, I wouldn't summon Dog Treasure. 0

"Now, what I need to do is catch a few spirits." I stroked my chin and carefully examined my surroundings. To my dismay, there wasn't a trace of Eerie Aura at the Foot of the Tomb Mountain. My heart sank as if a thousand wild horses were galloping through it. 0

"Damn it! In this godforsaken place, where am I supposed to catch ghosts?" I looked helplessly up at Grave Hill. As darkness fell, I could see that Grave Hill was shrouded in a layer of Black Ghostly Aura. 0

Based on the weight of this Eerie Aura, there is definitely a highly powerful Ghostly Being residing in this mountain, or perhaps a group of Ghostly Beings that have reached the level of Eternal Ghost King. 0

Regardless of the situation, things have become somewhat tricky. I lack the strength to deal with those Ghostly Beings, and if I'm not careful, I could easily get caught up in even greater trouble. 0

I stood still for a moment, contemplating, and finally a glimmer of determination flashed in my eyes. "Forget it, I'll go up and take a look first." 0

I organized my backpack, secured the Demon-Subduing Staff and Magic Sword at my waist, and used my phone for light as I cautiously made my way up the mountain path. 0

Not long after I started climbing, Yang Xiaochao appeared at the Foot of the Tomb Mountain with Xu Mancheng and Wu Mao. This time, Chen Haiping also came along. 0

Yang Xiaochao stood in front of everyone, glanced at Xu Mancheng and the others with a faint smile, and said, "Everyone, this is the place we are heading to. The entrance to the ancient tomb is beneath that temple at the top of this mountain. Here’s a copy of the treasure map I have; feel free to take a look." 0

Yang Xiaochao generously handed over a thick stack of papers to Xu Mancheng and his group. 0

The map clearly detailed the layout inside the ancient tomb but made no mention of the mountain before us. 0

Xu Mancheng glanced at the map in his hands and understood immediately. He exchanged looks with Wu Mao; their thoughts were not far apart. 0

Earlier that morning, Chen Haiping had approached them and showed them the video on his phone. At first, they were skeptical about Chen Haiping's claims. 0

However, upon seeing the Eerie Aura enveloping the mountain and holding this map in their hands, their doubts began to surface. 0

Xu Mancheng toyed with the map and said in a neutral tone, "Yang Xiaochao, this treasure map belongs to your Grave Robber's secret. Aren't you afraid we might just run off with it and spread news about this place?" 0

Yang Xiaochao laughed heartily and replied dismissively, "Haha, Master Xu, you jest! I trust everyone here; that's why I'm sharing the treasure map with you all ahead of time. As long as we take away the good things from that ancient tomb, even if news gets out afterward, there's nothing to worry about. Right?" 0

Xu Mancheng's brows furrowed tightly. He had dealt with Yang Xiaochao before and understood his character well. 0

Yang Xiaochao was not someone who lacked integrity, but he was certainly not the type to easily trust others. 0

However, what Yang Xiaochao had just said made him feel very uncomfortable, as if he had suddenly changed his demeanor. 0

Xu Mancheng looked up into Yang Xiaochao's eyes and said coldly, "Yang Xiaochao, why are you wearing sunglasses at this hour?" 0

Suddenly, Xu Mancheng reached out and grabbed Yang Xiaochao's face, unexpectedly removing the sunglasses from his eyes. Yang Xiaochao wanted to dodge, but it was already too late. 0

What Xu Mancheng saw was unsettling; Yang Xiaochao's eyes glowed with a strange crimson light, making him look particularly eerie, as if he had installed electronic eyes. 0

Moreover, Yang Xiaochao's entire face appeared much younger than before. The wrinkles and dark circles under his eyes had completely vanished, making him look like a man in his twenties. 0

Upon seeing Yang Xiaochao's appearance, Xu Mancheng's first reaction was that he had undergone cosmetic surgery. However, he quickly dismissed that possibility because the changes in Yang Xiaochao's face were too natural, and those eyes could not have been altered by surgery. 0

Xu Mancheng drew his Peach Wood Sword and stepped back from Yang Xiaochao, asking coldly, "Yang Xiaochao, what is wrong with your eyes? What has happened to you? Why did you bring us here? What is your true intention?" 0

Xu Mancheng stared into Yang Xiaochao's eyes and fired off three questions in quick succession. The people around them noticed Xu Mancheng's tense demeanor and realized that something was amiss; they too drew their Peach Wood Swords, cautiously keeping an eye on Yang Xiaochao in the distance. 0
