"Handsome, my name is Lin Wei Yin. What about you?" the female ghost asked with a smile. She walked ahead, her pace leisurely, but I noticed that her feet never actually touched the ground; they remained in a floating state. 0

If an ordinary person saw her like this, they might be frightened, but as a master of both Taoism and Buddhism, Lin Wei Yin's appearance did not scare me. 0

I shifted my gaze from Lin Wei Yin's legs and casually asked, "I'm Jiang Ling. Beautiful lady, where are you taking me?" 0

"Of course, I'm taking you to my place. It's not far; just another ten minutes of walking and we'll be there. Don't rush, handsome!" Lin Wei Yin said with a smile, her voice soft. 0

"I'm not in a hurry; just take your time," I replied, nodding as I followed her at a relaxed pace deeper into the street. 0

After about ten minutes, Lin Wei Yin led me to a secluded area where an ancient Tile House stood. At the entrance of the Tile House hung two large red lanterns, and inside, candles flickered, casting a dim yellow light. 0

I glanced around and found the surroundings somewhat familiar. After thinking for a moment, I finally remembered that this place was actually a cemetery on the outskirts of the city, one where the ashes of the deceased were kept. 0

I had been here before at night to perform rites for wandering souls, but I recalled that there had been no ancient Tile House in this location. 0

A sly smile crept onto my lips as I muttered to myself, "Interesting; they can create an illusion of a ghostly realm here. There must be at least one Millennium Ghost General hiding inside." 0

Lin Wei Yin pushed open the wooden door of the Tile House and turned to look at me, waving her hand with a smile. "Handsome, this is my home. We have spare rooms that are cheaper than hotels outside. Would you like to come in and take a look?" 0

I nodded and stepped toward the Tile House, smiling as I asked, "Lin Wei Yin, why are there candles lit in your place? Don't you have electricity?" 0

Although I couldn't yet defeat the Eternal Ghost King, I was confident in my ability to slay two or three Millennium Ghost Generals. Plus, having just obtained the Soul Nourishing Stone, I needed to capture a few Ghostly Beings to refine into my own Ghost Servant. The situation before me was just right for that purpose. 0

Lin Wei Yin's expression changed, but she quickly regained her composure, a smile appearing on her face as she spoke softly, "Handsome, you don't know, our family is poor and can't afford electric wires, so we can only light candles. But don't worry, the light inside is just fine." 0

"I see. It's okay; I don't really care about these details as long as the price is cheap," I replied casually, while my left hand secretly pulled out the Soul Nourishing Stone from my body. My right hand swiftly formed a spell, murmuring the incantation of the Daoist Sect. 0

"Separation Fire descend, exterminate the ghosts, evil spirits block the way, turn to dust! Lingling, Earth Spirit, Supreme Old Lord, hurry as commanded! Separation Fire spell, command!" As my words fell, I stepped closer to Lin Wei Yin. I raised my right hand and aimed it at the top of her head. 0

My palm emitted a beam of White Dao Light, and a finger-thick Separation Fire appeared in my hand. Without hesitation, I directed that Separation Fire onto Lin Wei Yin's Spirit Cover. 0

"What are you doing, Jiang Ling?" Lin Wei Yin's eyes filled with terror; she sensed a crisis and dared not take my attack head-on. She swiftly dodged to the side. 0

Unfortunately for her, Lin Wei Yin's cultivation was too weak; she couldn't evade my attack. The Separation Fire landed on her head, igniting the Eerie Aura surrounding her and instantly transforming into a blinding blaze. 0

"Ah! Jiang Ling, you’re actually a Stinky Taoist! But now that you're here, you can't escape," Lin Wei Yin screamed in agony. Her expression twisted in rage as her qipao was burned to shreds, revealing her true form as her ghostly body was torn apart. 0

I saw Lin Wei Yin's pale face and bulging eyes filled with bloodshot veins. A conspicuous scar marked her neck, likely from a rope. 0

"So it’s a hanging ghost," I recognized her true form without much reaction. While Lin Wei Yin might frighten others, it was completely normal for me. 0

"Ultimate Earth, Mystical Arts Have Methods. Ghosts are hard to deal with; demons are difficult to cut down. The stone that nurtures ghosts can imprison countless spirits. Gather!" I shouted loudly. Taking advantage of Lin Wei Yin's moment of vulnerability, I raised the Soul Nourishing Stone and aimed it at her Spirit Cover. 0

"Ah! What do you want to do? Master, save me!" Seeing the situation turn dire, Lin Wei Yin could no longer focus on extinguishing the Separation Fire on her body. She quickly turned to flee into the Tile House. 0

Unfortunately for her, Lin Wei Yin's cultivation was too weak; she had no chance to escape. The Soul Nourishing Stone in my hand shot out dozens of thin black threads that ensnared Lin Wei Yin's body and forcibly pulled her into the Soul Nourishing Stone. 0

I infused a strand of magical power into the Soul Nourishing Stone and noticed a soul suddenly manifesting within it. The black lines inside the Soul Nourishing Stone began to weave through that soul, gradually eroding its essence. 0

"So this is how the Soul Nourishing Stone is used to refine a Ghost Servant," I thought. The more those black lines intertwined, the stronger my control over Lin Wei Yin became. I estimated that once those black lines completely consumed that soul, Lin Wei Yin would become my Ghost Servant. 0

Lin Wei Yin had already brought me to her lair, and she no longer had any reason to exist. Naturally, I had to take action to draw her into the Soul Nourishing Stone. She would be my first Ghost Servant, serving as a test. 0

"Now that I have some experience, it's time to capture a few powerful Ghostly Beings," I said to myself as I carefully tucked the Soul Nourishing Stone away and stepped into the Tile House. 0

As soon as I entered the Tile House, I saw a tall Sophora Tree growing in the room. Beneath that tree sat a Millennium Ghost General, bound by a thick chain that rendered him immobile. 0

The Millennium Ghost General looked up at me, exuding an aura of menace. With a sinister smile, he said, "Heh heh, Daoist, you actually dared to come in here. You just wiped out my subordinates; now I'm going to kill you and extract your soul to make you my servant. Ha ha." 0

At that moment, a chilling wind swept through the Tile House, and the wooden door behind me slammed shut with a bang. All the candles in the room extinguished at once. 0
