The car drove into the outskirts of the city, and as I looked around, a frown creased my brow; there was a vague sense of familiarity gnawing at me. 0

When I spotted a dilapidated building, I noticed a mound of dirt at the corner of its wall, with a tattered red belly band draped over it. It finally dawned on me that this was the location of the Black Market Hospital, and the remains of the Ninefold Grudge Infant were buried beneath that mound. 0

Surveying the surroundings made me uneasy. I frowned and asked, "Yu Yuanhang, why are we here? What can we possibly cultivate in this godforsaken place?" 0

"Follow me!" Yu Yuanhang replied without further explanation, leading me deeper into the area. The buildings became even more run-down, weeds overtook the roadside, making it difficult to walk, and there wasn't a soul in sight. 0

I trailed behind Yu Yuanhang as he twisted and turned through the maze of decay, moving further away from the Black Market Hospital until it was out of sight. The buildings around us dwindled in number, and my impatience grew. Suddenly, I heard sounds of a struggle coming from a nearby building. 0

Yu Yuanhang's expression darkened; he quickened his pace and called back to me without looking, "Jiang Ling, I'll go ahead. You follow closely!" 0

In an instant, Yu Yuanhang vanished like a shadow into the building, moving with astonishing speed. 0

"What’s going on?" I exclaimed in shock, my mouth agape as I watched his figure disappear. Shaking my head to clear my thoughts, I hurried after him. 0

Inside that building, a group of half-human beastly creatures surrounded a young Taoist priest, attacking him. The young priest wielded an ancient sword and was holding his ground against overwhelming odds. This young Taoist was none other than Lin Ziran, someone I had encountered before. 0

In one corner of the building lay a man's lifeless body, motionless on the ground amidst pools of crimson blood. The creature's limbs had been torn off, and his abdomen was slashed open with intestines spilling out onto the floor—a gruesome sight. 0

Lin Ziran repelled one of the beasts with a powerful strike from his sword. He wiped his finger along the blade to coat it with Blood Demon essence and coldly surveyed all the beasts before him. "Monsters! You kill and devour flesh while practicing Evil Cultivation; you have no place on this earth. I've been tracking your trail for half a month and have finally found you. I am Jikong, the Eighty-Seventh Generation Disciple of Maoshan. Today, I shall uphold justice and eradicate you here! This is to comfort those Undead souls so that you may not take any more lives and disturb the world again!" 0

The group of beasts appeared half-human; some had long cat tails, others sported fluffy cat ears, while some still had clawed limbs and couldn't even stand on two legs... Each beast looked different, but from their details, it was clear they were a pack of Bobcat Demons. 0

The Wildcat possessed a natural spirituality, making it easy for them to embark on the path of cultivation. The group of Bobcat Demons before him, who killed and consumed human flesh to enhance their power, belonged to the Evil Cultivation beasts and were public enemies of the Yin-Yang Realms, deserving of extermination. 0

"Daoist, how dare you meddle in affairs that do not concern you? You truly do not know the meaning of danger! Once I kill you, I will definitely dig out your heart and savor it!" The leader of the Bobcat Demons licked its lips greedily, speaking loudly. 0

This Wildcat resembled a human to a remarkable extent, with only its claws remaining untransformed into human hands. Its claws would never become human-like. Once a beast chose the path of Evil Cultivation, it would never have the chance to fully transform into human form. 0

"Mountain Spirit, you really are quite impressive! Should I let you kill me and eat my heart as well?" Yu Yuanhang entered at that moment, his expression turning cold as he caught sight of the corpse in the corner. 0

"Manager, why are you back?" The Mountain Spirit looked at Yu Yuanhang in terror, its body trembling slightly as it instinctively retreated, desperate to escape. 0

Like Jin Yuan, the Mountain Spirit had once been one of Yu Yuanhang's subordinates, helping him manage the shop's business. Yu Yuanhang had been imprisoned by the Forgetful Sea Monk in Goldfish Temple for ten years, during which many events transpired. Unable to endure loneliness any longer, the Mountain Spirit left Yu Yuanhang's shop a year ago, embarking on the path of Evil Cultivation and gathering a group of Bobcat Demons to wreak havoc on humanity. 0

"Mountain Spirit, I took you in out of pity and taught you how to cultivate! Look at yourself now; what have you become? You have truly disappointed me!" Yu Yuanhang gazed at the Mountain Spirit with disappointment. He sighed and shook his head. "Since you have made your choice, I can only cleanse my doorstep." 0

"Please! Manager, spare me!" The Mountain Spirit screamed in fear and turned to flee outside the building, not daring to confront Yu Yuanhang. 0

"Hmph, trying to escape! Do you think you can get away?" Yu Yuanhang snorted coldly. He allowed the Mountain Spirit to leave without immediately pursuing it. His gaze shifted to the Bobcat Demons before him as he spoke icily: "A bunch of half-demons who refuse to follow the righteous path; you do not deserve to live!" 0

With that, Yu Yuanhang raised his right hand with a solemn expression. Chanting in Sanskrit, his palm slowly descended. A magnificent golden light radiated from behind him as an enormous Buddha statue appeared, exuding an astonishing aura. 0

"Run for your lives!" The Bobcat Demons sensed danger and immediately scattered in panic, fleeing outside in terror. 0

"How powerful! I wonder which High Monk this is?" Lin Ziran stood aside, astonished by the Buddha statue behind Yu Yuanhang. He sheathed his ancient sword and looked at Yu Yuanhang with eyes full of reverence. 0

"Buddha Is Compassionate, All Beings Are Equal," Yu Yuanhang said in a calm tone, lowering his palm. Behind him, the statue of Buddha raised its right hand, and the enormous Buddha's Palm came crashing down, striking the Bobcat Demons. 0

Dust to dust, ashes to ashes. The bodies of the Bobcat Demons were engulfed by the Buddha's Palm, instantly turning to ash and vanishing into thin air. However, three Bobcat Demons managed to escape. Upon witnessing their companions being obliterated by the Buddha's Palm, their fear of Yu Yuanhang reached its peak. They dared not stop and frantically fled outside. 0

Yu Yuanhang glanced at Lin Ziran beside him and said, "Daoist, you handle the escaping Bobcat Demons. Is that alright?" 0

Lin Ziran had already been awed by Yu Yuanhang's powers. He respectfully clasped his hands together and replied, "Senior, don't worry. I'll take care of those three demons!" 0

Yu Yuanhang nodded. Just then, I arrived at the building. Yu Yuanhang turned to me and instructed, "Jiang Ling, you need to guide all the Undead here to their rest; that's your task for today. Once you're done, just head back to the shop!" 0

With that, Yu Yuanhang vanished in a flash, pursuing the direction where the Mountain Spirit had left, leaving me no chance to respond. 0
