After Qu Liang cast the final spell, all the magical energy within her was absorbed by my Copper Sword. However, the Copper Sword had not yet reached saturation. After absorbing Qu Liang's magic, it began to draw in her essence. 0

Qu Liang's magic was insufficient to completely break the Round Seal on me; she merely used the Copper Sword to temporarily seal it. Even so, the Daoist Arts she performed were extremely strained. 0

"Break for me!" Qu Liang's face turned pale as she shouted, spitting a mouthful of blood onto my chest. 0

Her movements were swift, taking only a few seconds. As her blood splattered against my chest, I felt a flame ignite within me, causing great discomfort. 0

I was sweating profusely from the pain, but I gritted my teeth and removed my shirt. Looking down at my chest, I saw the Round Seal reemerging, with a vividly lifelike Copper Sword embedded in it, pinning the entire seal down. 0

I touched my chest and found no wound where the Copper Sword had pierced; instead, my chest felt like a piece of red-hot charcoal—extremely hot to the touch. 0

After a dozen seconds, that intense heat finally dissipated completely. At that moment, I felt the sealed magical energy within me fully released, radiating a powerful aura. 0

"I only have ten minutes!" Qu Liang said weakly as she sat on the ground to catch her breath. 0

Seeing her like this moved me; I hadn't expected her to go this far for me. I nodded at her and said, "Just sit tight; this monster won't be able to harm me!" 0

Qu Liang curled her lip in annoyance and retorted, "Who’s worried about your life or death! I'm just afraid you'll let it escape!" 0

Qu Liang was a Ghost Messenger in this area, serving as an assistant to maintain order in the Living World. Her main task was to eliminate those demons and monsters that wreaked havoc and disturbed the peace of the Living World. 0

For every demon she dealt with, she earned merit points that could lead to greater rewards. 0

Hearing Qu Liang's words made me stagger slightly; I almost fell over. I glanced at her and shook my head in disbelief. 0

I stepped forward and cleared my throat. "Sister Zhang Yang, don’t shoot! Leave this monster to me!" 0

Zhang Yang glanced at the tattoo on my chest and sensed something was different about me. As a police officer, she had never believed in ghosts or monsters before, but now her faith was wavering. 0

Although Zhang Yang had heard that I was a Yin-Yang Master specializing in capturing ghosts and demons, she still hesitantly asked, "Jiang Ling, are you sure you can handle this monster?!" 0

"Don't worry! Taking it down will only take a few minutes!" I assured her with a pat on my chest. 0

As I moved forward, the Three-Eyed Crow Spirit sensed the danger emanating from me. A flicker of fear crossed its eyes as its actions became hesitant. 0

"Hmph, you didn't escape! Then I'll send you on your way!" I snorted coldly, taking out a Talisman. I bit my fingertip and quickly drew a Thunder Talisman. 0

"Don't get too cocky, take this!" The Three-Eyed Crow Spirit trembled, its demonic aura boiling over. Then it swayed, losing a large portion of its black feathers. 0

The demonic energy from the Three-Eyed Crow Spirit clung to those feathers, which floated in the air, radiating a black glow like thousands of flying daggers. 0

"Die for me!" A glint of malice flashed in the Three-Eyed Crow Spirit's eyes as it used its own power to control all the feathers to attack me. 0

"Ultimate Earth, Mystical Arts Have Methods! Blessings of the Three Pure Ones, annihilate the demons!" I threw the Thunder Talisman and quickly formed several Hand Seals, channeling all my internal energy into the Thunder Talisman. 0

"Thunder Talisman, command!" I saw those black feathers just a step away from me and executed the final Hand Seal. 0

The Thunder Talisman ignited without fire, and a red lightning bolt as thick as a baby's arm shot out. When those black feathers touched the Thunder Talisman, it was like gasoline meeting flames; they were all turned to ashes. 0

Seeing its lethal weapon so easily dispelled filled the Three-Eyed Crow Spirit with fear. However, it was too late to escape. 0

The red lightning struck the Three-Eyed Crow Spirit, scattering its soul. Before it could let out a scream, it was already dead. Its body swayed and transformed back into a Three-Eyed Crow, with green smoke rising from it. 0

"What the hell, is this magic?!" 0

"Who is this guy? He can summon lightning! That's incredible!" 0

When the police rushed out of the internet café, they happened to witness the final scene, staring at me in shock. 0

I saw Lan Yue standing unharmed among the group of officers, and I finally felt relieved. 0

Qu Liang got up from the ground; she had regained some of her power. She walked up to me, her hands forming several Hand Seals before she slapped my chest hard. 0

"Poof!" The Copper Sword flew out from my chest, and my Round Seal hid back inside. Unable to bear the change in my internal energy, I spat out a mouthful of blood. 0

I wiped the blood from my lips and adjusted my clothes. "Qu Liang, can't you be a little gentler when you make your move?!" 0

Qu Liang put away the Copper Sword and shot me an annoyed glare. "Tonight I've injured my meridians and need time to recover. Don't come looking for me for the next week!" 0

With that, Qu Liang turned and left without looking back. I touched my ear and watched her retreating figure in silence. 0

The commotion from earlier had drawn a large crowd of onlookers. Zhang Yang was busy directing the police to maintain order at the crime scene, clearly overwhelmed. 0

Feeling a bit shy, I approached Zhang Yang and asked, "Sister Zhang Yang, if there’s nothing else, I’ll head back to school now!" 0

Zhang Yang looked at me for a full minute before nodding. "This is my first time dealing with a Supernatural Case, so I'm not quite sure how to handle it. Please register your personal information; if I need you in the future, I’ll reach out!" 0

I quickly smiled and replied, "As long as you need me, feel free to come find me anytime!" 0

After chatting for a few moments, Zhang Yang returned to her investigation at the crime scene. Once Lan Yue and I finished registering our personal information, the police let us go. 0

Lan Yue glanced back at Zhang Yang and asked, " Brother Jiang Ling, do you know if that police officer Zhang Yang has a boyfriend?" 0

"I don't know!" I shook my head, giving Lan Yue a strange look as I joked, "What’s with your curiosity? Are you interested in Zhang Yang?!" 0

We laughed and continued walking toward the school. I didn’t notice that a green snake was hiding in the grass by the roadside, watching me with malicious intent. This snake was Liu Wanting. 0

Liu Wanting glared at my retreating figure and coldly said, "You actually killed another one of my brothers. I will definitely take revenge on you!" 0

With that, she twisted her body and followed the same path that Qu Liang had taken earlier. 0
