Ning Pangzi's firepower was intense, with the super machine gun unleashing hundreds of rounds, making it difficult for the terrorists outside to breach the defenses. Meanwhile, Jufeng and Chen Long had already cleared out the enemies inside. According to their plan, everyone was busy with their respective tasks.
Du Peiwei went to activate the mecha, as he was quite familiar with the Azure Level Mecha. Hua Cheng and Chen Long each took on a role: one assisted Ning Pangzi in fending off the external assault, while the other helped Showy secure the explosives for detonation.
Completing the demolition of the entire Armory would take at least five minutes, meaning they needed to hold out inside for that duration without Jufeng's assistance.
Jufeng couldn't afford to waste all his time here. On this planet, aside from Yang Chou and his group, there was another team of terrorists. In this half hour, they not only needed to intercept Yang Chou but also couldn't let that group escape. Although their mecha numbers were significantly reduced due to previous weapon allocation issues, it would still require immense effort to ensure they remained.
Not a single one could be spared; every second was precious.
Jufeng activated his mecha and burst out of the Armory within seconds. By this time, Yang Chou had already reacted, and a large number of terrorists were surging toward the Armory. With just those two wielding a super machine gun, it would be nearly impossible to withstand the tide. Thus, Jufeng piloted his mecha forward, crushing through them as a rocket launcher exploded in the midst of the crowd.
Reality was harsh—truly harsh—but there could be no mercy shown to the enemy, especially when they were ruthless terrorists.
Jufeng sped away in his mecha; that bloody and mangled bomb relieved much pressure from Ning Pangzi. He watched as Jufeng took three mechas away and suddenly shouted loudly, then his machine gun began to fire even more fiercely!
Carrying three mechas was actually quite simple; he held one with his body while dragging one with each hand. It looked somewhat comical, but given the dire situation, everything had to be handled pragmatically.
In a flash, he arrived at their dormitory. Leaping up, all three mechas landed on the rooftop. There awaited Vera and Sisi, along with the ever-smiling Flowering Scholar.
Jufeng jumped down from his mecha and received a rough map of another terrorist's Armory location from Chen Tan Hua. This was something Chen Tan Hua had stolen earlier from their adversaries and had only now decided to share due to their subtle relationship.
Chen Tan Hua handed over the information with a smile, saying, "If we can truly destroy Yang Chou's foundation today, I owe you a favor."
Hearing this, Jufeng smiled gently and affirmed, "He will definitely die today and witness all his achievements turn to dust. However, we are not indebted to each other; if you are willing to fight alongside me, I welcome you anytime."
Previously, Jufeng had extended an olive branch to Chen Tan Hua but had been unable to pursue it due to unfinished business. Now that he brought it up again showed his sincerity.
Downstairs and in every direction chaos reigned. Time waited for no one; thus, both individuals quickly went about completing their tasks.
Chen Tan Hua leaped into her mecha and gracefully descended from the high building before swiftly darting around the base like lightning. This was Jufeng's first time witnessing Chen Tan Hua's prowess in piloting a mecha; he couldn't help but marvel at her skill—indeed Crimson Rank—and she seemed even above him.
He turned back to see Sisi’s face tense with worry and smiled at her. "Sisi, are you nervous?"
Sisi instinctively nodded, but suddenly felt something was off and immediately shook her head vigorously, saying, "I'm not afraid; I have my sister and brother with me!"
Vera pulled Sisi closer, tightening her embrace, and said to Jufeng, "Let's go quickly and finish this so I can take Sisi home."
With that, the three of them boarded two mechs. Sisi and Vera shared one, flying toward the nearby destination.
The goal was naturally the rough map of another terrorist location provided by Chen Tan Hua. However, midway through their journey, two more mechs joined Jufeng.
Just as the two mechs arrived, a loud explosion echoed from a distance. Turning back to look, they saw a massive mushroom cloud slowly rising into the sky.
That was the location of Yang Chou's Armory, and it was clear that Showy's demolition had been successful.
The two mechs that arrived later were Ning Xin's Heavy Mech and Showy's demolition mech. In terms of form, Ning Xin's mech resembled his true self more closely, while Showy's looked quite similar to others. With their assistance, they would be more effective against the enemy; otherwise, relying solely on two Crimson-Class Mechas wouldn't have much impact.
Meanwhile, Hua Cheng, Du Peiwei, and Chen Long remained at Yang Chou's location, working with Chen Tan Hua to continue their ambush mission. The weapons in the Armory were not all there; Yang Chou still had some hidden in various places. For Chen Tan Hua to capture Yang Chou personally, they needed to ensure they could hold him down together.
It had only been a little over five minutes since the alarm sounded, and the Cosmic Police needed half an hour—most of which required everyone's effort.
Without further communication, Jufeng took the lead as the four mechs sped toward the distance. He silently hoped everything was going according to plan.
However, it was truly difficult.
By the time Jufeng and his team reached Flower Boss's location, over forty mechs were already prepared. The Armory was clearly laid out without needing to search for it, and more mechs continued to emerge. Two aircraft had even activated their boosters; if they were any later by a minute, they might miss even a shadow of the enemy.
Even though they made up for that minute, the current situation was still challenging.
Flower Boss's expression darkened at the sudden appearance of four mechs. He certainly did not believe that Yang Chou had come to assist him; such an untimely arrival could only mean trouble.
A dozen mechs emerged from the Mecha Group, ready to act as a blocking force against these four individuals. Meanwhile, the aircraft had already begun to take off and were about to soar into the sky right before Jufeng's eyes.
However, Jufeng could not allow such a thing to happen.
"Fatty, set up the Turret and be ready to fire at any moment. Vera and Showy, head to the Armory; I'll cover you."
With this brief command, everyone began their tasks. Ning Pangzi positioned himself, a series of dark barrels aimed at the sky. Vera and Showy maneuvered past the dozen mechs towards the Armory, with Vera's role being to provide cover for Showy, who needed to cut off their supplies.
The dozen mechs ahead were naturally left to Jufeng to handle.
Suddenly accelerating, he vanished from his spot and appeared in the midst of the mechs before they could react, unleashing a flurry of punches and kicks that sent them all flying.
With just one move, he defeated the enemy!
Flower Boss stared in astonishment at this scene, instinctively exclaiming, "It's actually Crimson Rank!"
