Confronting the System might be fun, but whether they could actually defeat it was still uncertain.
Li Hong didn't want to take the risk of taking down this unknown System; clearly, such matters should be handled by the 404.
"You coward! You scaredy-cat!" 404 shouted.
"Alright, alright, that guy is about to transform. Boss, you need to step up quickly; we can't let the Eastern Sect Leader be wiped out by this System," Li Hong urged.
After all, they were from the same hometown; they had to protect this Eastern Maiden.
Although she was very beautiful, that was certainly not a reason for him to stand by and do nothing!
"Don't worry, this whole annihilation thing is just for show. If he really had that kind of power, he wouldn't be stuck as someone else's System," 404 scoffed.
Being someone else's System was such a disgraceful thing; only those Losers and Cheat Codes would do that.
Any Cheat Code with a bit of ambition wouldn’t just be flashy and cool. If things got tough, they could always disguise themselves as an old man with a white beard and take on a host as their apprentice.
The Eastern Maiden cried for a while but saw no action from the System, and soon she stopped crying and smiled instead.
"So it turns out that all this talk about annihilation punishment is just a lie. Then what you once promised me about restoring my manhood was also a lie, right?"
A mournful female voice echoed from around: "If I could restore your manhood, I wouldn't have become this Cross-Dressing System in the first place. Unfortunately, how could I give you something I can't even have myself?"
The Eastern Sect Leader's eyes widened in surprise as he asked in confusion, "You were also a man?"
The mournful voice replied with a bitter smile: "Yes, I became a woman because I wanted to take revenge on the world by becoming the Cross-Dressing System."
Li Hong poked 404 on the head and asked, "Hey, boss. This plot seems a bit complicated; what should we do?"
"Let's watch and see how it unfolds! Adapt to changes with consistency," 404 said solemnly.
Li Hong nodded; they would wait to see how the story developed next.
The Eastern Sect Leader smiled faintly and coldly said, "Is that how you’re going to tell me? Aren't you afraid I might abandon you, System?"
"It doesn't matter anymore. If we can get rid of this guy who crossed over and still maintains his male form, we can part ways amicably, right?"
Glancing at the dumbfounded Li Hong, the Eastern Sect Leader smirked and nodded, "That's exactly what I mean."
"Hey, hey, hey! Aren't you supposed to tear each other apart like women do in a duel? Why have you reached some sort of agreement so quickly?" Li Hong was utterly baffled by their thought processes.
Between a wife and a mother-in-law, instead of fighting each other, they were teaming up against him, the innocent husband?
Can you believe this plot?
The Eastern Sect Leader looked at Li Hong with a teasing glint in her eyes and smiled, "Be good; let me take care of that for you."
"That is the root of all evil; it must be cut away," the System's female voice chimed in.
Li Hong clutched his pants tightly, cold sweat pouring down his back as he hurriedly asked, "Boss, the administrator's physique can protect me, right?"
404 uncertainly replied, "It should... maybe?"
"What kind of answer is that?"
Li Hong was too exhausted to complain about this chaotic world. He pointed ahead with determination and coldly declared, "Come on then! Let’s see what you've got! If you can cut it off, I’ll admit you're impressive!"
A flash of white light appeared, revealing a tall girl dressed in a light red palace outfit. Her long hair was styled into an adorable bun, and her face was as exquisite as a flawless gem.
Holding a short dagger, the girl drew it across Li Hong's lower body with a playful smile and said, "Very well. Just a few words from you have ruined my thousand-year plan. Now let me show you what it's like to endure a millennium of suffering!"
Gulp!
Li Hong didn't want to admit it, but he felt an unexpected interest in the beautiful woman who had transformed from a man before him.
"How disgusting!"
Seeing Li Hong's embarrassing state, the two cross-dressing men shouted in unison.
"Hahaha, a natural reaction!"
Li Hong covered his groin and forced a smile.
"It's better to cut off such an ugly thing!" Palace Garb Girl brandished a short dagger and lunged forward with lightning speed.
In the blink of an eye, Li Hong didn't even have time to react before he was struck several times below.
But strangely, it was completely painless?

Palace Garb Girl looked up, glaring at Li Hong, and angrily said, “I get it now; this must be your Cheat Code after crossing over, right? It has to be!”
Even Eastern Sect Leader glanced at a certain part of Li Hong, looking quite surprised.
Such a Cheat Code was rare indeed.
Li Hong scoffed, “Stop guessing blindly. Let me clarify; I’m not a traveler.”
“Not a traveler?” Both of them changed expressions in unison. How could that be possible?
Li Hong shrugged and helplessly said, “I don’t even know what I belong to. Anyway, let’s just say I’m some sort of administrator overseeing things. Of course, we’re all from Earth; if you change your perspective, you’ll understand. It’s a game g; you should get that, right?”
“A game g?”
Upon hearing Li Hong’s response, both were taken aback.
"You are, we are actually all in a game, right? And the reason we can't hurt you is that you are the g of this game," Palace Garb Girl pressed.
"Bingo, you got it right."
Li Hong rubbed his hands together, his smile growing wider. "Of course, my mission is to deal with unruly players like you. So... that girl, what's your name?"
"Ro... Roshifu!" Palace Garb Girl hesitated for a moment before finally revealing her name.
"…"
Well, that name is quite something.
Why not call yourself Ross Deputy?
