In the afternoon, Mu Xuanche and I left the wooden cabin.
This place was not suitable for us to linger; we couldn't bring Chang'an out just yet.

The leader seemed to be intimidated by Mu Xuanche's presence as well. After some discussion with the large man, they finally put away their guns and allowed us into the dungeon.
This dungeon is nothing compared to Qilin Island; it's dark and damp, so gloomy that even the Elder wouldn't stay here.
Wang Kun was locked in the last cell, his glasses shattered as if they had been smashed. His head hung limply to one side.
The corners of his mouth were swollen, and his clothes were filthy, covered in footprints. It seemed he had already been dealt with.
But how could this compare to what he had done to us? He Zhi Yong was still lying in bed, unable to wake up.
"Wang Kun, do you remember me?"
I stood outside the iron gate, looking at him with a cold smile on my lips.

The burly man ran off for a bit and quickly returned.
He informed me that those people agreed to rent the dungeon to me for a price of one hundred thousand.
I lightly tapped the iron gate and spoke to Wang Kun inside.

He wore a mournful expression. "I'm just taking money to do things for others. Please let me go; I won't dare to do it again next time."
I cracked the whip in my hand against the iron door, producing a sharp sound.
Glaring at him, I said, "Let you go? Have you ever thought about letting me go?"
As I unlocked the cell door, Mu Xuanche stepped in before me.
I paused, curious about what he was up to; he wasn't usually one to meddle.
I watched as he entered the cell and swiftly disabled Wang Kun's limbs.
I almost forgot that Wang Kun was also a formidable Curse Master. What if he secretly tried to attack me?
With this action, Mu Xuanche ensured my safety.
I felt that beating Wang Kun would only inflict physical pain on him.
If he made us feel heartache, then I would make him feel despair.
Grabbing a red-hot iron plate from the side, I pressed it against Wang Kun's chest without a second thought.
