"There are only eight of them. This kind of weapon is comparable to nuclear-level capabilities. If something unexpected happens, do you have a way to deploy it directly? What would our fate be?" Xiong Tai asked in surprise. 0

"What else could it be?" Ross scoffed, sounding somewhat out of place. 0

He closed his eyes, still listening to everyone in the vehicle. Eventually, he couldn't help but retort to the group. 0

"I was just asking casually; I didn't want to pry," Xiong Tai suddenly cursed loudly. 0

"Forget it, I won't pay attention to you. Let's listen to the Commander," Ross grunted, always keeping his hat pulled down, concealing all emotions on his face. 0

"Alright, enough noise. If we do get bombed, we might not even feel the pain. The chance of escaping in this vehicle is only three percent; the likelihood of getting away is slim. Rhein is a terrifying creature. Once it rises, the world will be shaken. It will reshape an entire biosphere, and once it unleashes its power, civilization on the ground will perish. After exhausting its strength, it will fall back into slumber until the next civilization approaches its breakthrough period, at which point it will awaken again." 0

"And no one knows what kind of creature Rhein truly is. It must be quite fearsome. There are very few classical records that reveal its true form; either civilizations have fallen into obscurity or the texts left behind are indecipherable. The languages in this world are merely one aspect; I believe that language is embedded in our bloodlines, and once we awaken, we will understand Rhein's existence." 0

"Unfortunately, by the time those people sought to uncover Rhein's true nature, they found that its existence was like a legend—impossible to piece together. Some have been buried like Atlantis beneath the ocean floor, while others have been consumed by lava and covered over time, forming ancient civilizations like the Burrowers. These legends are often misunderstood; although some believe in their reality, what exactly is Rhein?" 0

"No one knows; it's a paradox. While I don't believe that a single entity could possess the power to destroy an entire civilization—its strength so immense that it could lead to universal destruction—I doubt anyone could fight against it," Freyr spoke confidently, his voice growing louder. Such an existence resonated with current thoughts; he was surprised at how much knowledge he seemed to hold in his mind as he continued to speak truths that astonished even himself. 0

"Fighting? Such an entity could likely become the new order of the universe. However, if its physical form is so weak, that's why other beings can survive. Generally speaking, creatures with such power are indeed terrifying; if not for their physical limitations, no order could replace them." 0

"Moreover, an existence close to eternity can only bow down if a higher cosmic entity from a next-god era intervenes. But why would those gods help our universe? It's impossible! And when two gods battle, they could shatter the earth and darken the sun and moon. Even in Outer Space, their explosive force and impact would rival a cosmic explosion," Ross interjected while pretending to sleep. 0

In truth, he wasn't asleep; he sat there pondering future paths and casually spoke up upon hearing something interesting, voicing his thoughts without restraint. 0

On one hand, his words were indeed too surreal, reaching a level beyond the universe, at a divine level. At this point, the concept of time for a god was essentially realized in eternity, while humanity's concepts were limited to unique ideas within known life. 0

It was somewhat strange on this side; after all, there was some basis for such thoughts. 0

At this moment, there would still be those who found this matter astonishing. After all, anyone hearing such news would describe it with utter surprise. 0

"We're really going to such a terrifying place? How did we end up with such a dangerous mission? Are they joking with us? Or do they want to get us killed?" someone suddenly scoffed. 0

"No." In the midst of the conversation, Freyr spoke up. "I've reviewed this mission, and there are no issues with its meaning, both literally and figuratively. If there were any problems, I would have to dismantle them myself." 0

Upon hearing this, the others nodded in agreement. If that was the case, then it wasn't a major issue. 0

As they traveled along the road, it wasn't long before a straight stone tower appeared ahead, rising from the ground and reaching into the clouds. It truly resembled the rumored Azure Stone Pillar. However, according to the information they had gathered, this stone tower was said to grow taller over time and might eventually stop at a certain height. Yet recently, it showed no signs of stopping. 0

"This is serious; is this really Rhein?" someone exclaimed. 0

Looking at its height and recalling the legends of Rhein—the terrifying ancient creature capable of annihilating an Underground World civilization—if this truly was its lair, it wouldn't be surprising at all. 0

"No, this is just a Twin Towers." Someone in the team quickly recognized that this pyramid-like structure resembled an ancient emperor's tomb. Their expression grew serious; the so-called Twin Towers were merely designed by ancient emperors to deter grave robbers from excavating their tombs. This meant that if it were indeed a real burial site, it should be less terrifying than a virtual tomb. 0

According to previous surveys conducted by their predecessors, every mechanism here had been thoroughly examined. As long as they followed the guidebook for exploration or investigation, there shouldn't be any unexpected events. 0

Since there seemed to be no issues, why would so many teams be sent in for exploration? Perhaps it was due to fear of Rhein's power—a force capable of destroying worlds. Humanity's fear stemmed from this very reason. The clues left by their predecessors also contained methods to restrain Rhein; however, they had yet to encounter any of them. It seemed that luck or something else was needed. 0

This task ultimately fell upon them, requiring different people with various opportunities to explore based on their own perspectives. The so-called ideas meant that each team would investigate the Twin Towers according to their own personalities and thoughts. In simpler terms, if they obtained information, it would help them avoid making fatal mistakes. 0

In essence, it was like a guidebook for assistance. If everyone followed the instructions in that guide and triggered the plot one by one, wouldn’t it just be like playing a single-player game? A fixed storyline with different people experimenting. 0
