Back when I was at the Azure Cloud Sect, the Inner Sect Scripture Repository housed many advanced Cultivation Methods. However, at that time, I had only learned the introduction to the Martial Dao Classic and couldn't comprehend much of it. It would take an ordinary disciple over a decade of diligent practice to master a single Cultivation Method. Only after accumulating experience and raising their realm could they achieve mastery, becoming a skilled practitioner. 0

The Martial Dao Classic allowed me to instantly grasp all levels of a Cultivation Method's principles. Even though my current abilities prevented me from executing some high-level Cultivation Method's ultimate techniques, I could still thoroughly understand their profound meanings. 0

No wonder the Martial Dao Classic has been fiercely sought after by various sects for thousands of years, even sparking wars for its possession. Human life is limited; mastering a Daoist Art typically takes at least three to five years, or even a lifetime. After reaching perfection in one art, it could take months to learn another. In contrast, the Martial Dao Classic enables one to instantly comprehend hundreds or even thousands of Daoist Arts, revealing their fundamental operational principles without needing any guidance. 0

Two days later, at Longhu Mountain of the Daoist Sect, I stood atop Eagle Ridge, gazing down at the bustling entrance of Longhu Mountain. Disciples came and went while devotees flocked to offer incense. 0

Longhu Mountain is the birthplace of Orthodox Daoism, founded by Zhang Daoling, who practiced alchemy here. When his elixirs were completed, dragons and tigers appeared, hence the name Longhu Mountain. 0

Over generations, Longhu Mountain has upheld traditions where Daoist Arts are passed down to male disciples only and kept within the sect. For two thousand years, masters of Orthodox Daoism have been referred to as Zhang Master. 0

After nightfall, I circled around the front hall of Longhu Mountain and stealthily entered their Scripture Repository. The repository was empty; I sat cross-legged in its center as pages from the three-story repository fluttered around me. Countless secret Sutras surged into my mind. 0

Among the remnants of a Dao Jing in Longhu Mountain was a map indicating forbidden areas within Longhu Mountain. 0

In major Daoist sects, supreme legacies often have forbidden zones that only the sect leader may enter across generations, housing treasures beyond measure. 0

I stood up and ignited the Scripture Repository with Dao Fire. Flames erupted as thick smoke billowed out. Soon, disciples from Longhu Mountain rushed over, employing Daoist Arts to summon rain and extinguish the fire. 0

I made my way to the forbidden area on the back mountain of Longhu Mountain. Standing atop the massive statue of their Ancestor Master, I watched as everyone ran towards the Scripture Repository. Only two disciples remained guarding the forbidden area. 0

With a flick of my finger, I sent a bronze lion tumbling to the ground below. 0

The two guarding disciples rushed over in alarm but couldn't see who had attacked. 0

"How did the bronze lion fall?" one disciple exclaimed as he examined the dent on its surface. "We've been lured away!" 0

They quickly returned to check the entrance of the forbidden area and found it intact. One said, "In our Longhu Mountain's forbidden area, no one can enter without the Master's Token. Even if we were lured away, what does it matter?" 0

"True enough." 0

The two relaxed again and leaned against the entrance. 0

I stepped out from behind the mountain gate within the forbidden area and glanced lightly at these two disciples before walking deeper into the restricted zone. 0

As I mastered the entirety of the Martial Dao Classic, I had completely grasped the reverse movement technique known as Time Walk. With the improvement of my cultivation level, my agility would significantly increase. However, currently limited by my low power, only at the Divine Transformation Realm, there were still some profound techniques I could not execute. 0

In the Forbidden Cave of Longhu Mountain, I discovered an ancient method called Rift Path. This ancient technique was fierce and domineering, capable of channeling all one's Dao Qi to unleash a lethal strike using Daoist Arts. Due to its discordant nature, it was classified as a forbidden art and stored within the Forbidden Cave by Longhu Mountain. 0

Within this forbidden area, there were also some ancient artifacts from Longhu Mountain, some of which radiated remarkable Spirit Energy, but I did not take any. 0

After leaving Longhu Mountain, I headed straight for Western Shu. Western Shu had long been a sacred place for Daoist sages and philosophers. Thousands of years ago, there was a highly prosperous sect known as the Shu Mountain Sect nestled within the perilous and majestic Shu Mountain. However, after the great war among Daoist sects, the Shu Mountain Sect was annihilated. A sect in Western Shu called Arched Eyebrows gradually rose to prominence, eventually becoming today's Western Sichuan Emei Sect. 0

The Western Sichuan Emei Sect is renowned for its swordsmanship and medical arts, holding a significant position in the Daoist World. In the Central Plains region, the Sword Pavilion, Wudang, and Arched Eyebrows stood in a tripartite balance. Although the Sword Pavilion was one of the Five Supreme Sects, it dared not act recklessly in front of these two most famous ancient sects of the Central Plains. 0

Originally, Western Sichuan Emei was a sect that only accepted female disciples. However, over a hundred years ago, amidst continuous conflicts in the Daoist World, Arched Eyebrows nearly faced extinction due to overwhelming circumstances. The Old Sect Leader Miao Yujin adopted a child named Miao Zhong as his foster son. This child was exceptionally talented in swordsmanship and comprehended an extraordinary sword technique within Arched Eyebrows' A Ray of Hope, naming it One Sword Decision. Later on, due to his unparalleled sword skills that no one could rival with just one strike, Miao Zhong was revered as the Sword Saint. 0

Eventually, the aging Sword Saint vanished from Emei Golden Summit. A new leader took over, but no one could inherit the Old Sword Saint's swordsmanship. The Emei Sect gradually fell into decline and struggled to regain its former glory. 0

After nightfall, I waited until the last disciple left Arched Eyebrows' Scripture Repository before entering. 0

"Arched Eyebrows truly deserves its reputation as a major sect of the Central Plains. It seems that Azure Cloud Sect boasts itself as the largest sect under the Five Supreme Sects; indeed, they are overestimating themselves compared to the ancient lineage of Arched Eyebrows," I thought to myself as I sat cross-legged within the Scripture Repository. 0

The profundities of Martial Dao Classic caused an invisible Clear Light to ripple around me, faintly covering the Dao Jing on nearby shelves and extending toward the topmost level of the Scripture Repository. The contents of all Dao Jing flowed into my mind like Starlight streaming water; pages turned mysteriously before me. 0

"The records from Emei Sect are indeed useful; they are certainly comparable to those from Longhu Mountain." 0

I silently acknowledged this when suddenly an elderly voice asked, "Who is in the Scripture Repository?" 0

Outside the Scripture Repository stood an old man at the entrance. Soon after, a group of Arched Eyebrows disciples rushed over. The old man instructed, "Activate the Sword Formation of the Scripture Repository; do not let anyone escape inside." 0

"Yes!" replied one disciple as he took out a peculiar spirit stone from his pocket. After shattering it, a layer of green light enveloped around the Scripture Repository forming a sword barrier. 0

Realizing I was in trouble, I quickly activated Time Walk and stepped out of the Scripture Repository. As my figure passed through the sword barrier, ripples shimmered across it; the old man caught sight of me flying toward Emei Mountain's peak. 0

"Child! Where do you think you're running?" he shouted. 0

Suddenly, a large hand grew hundreds of times larger and swiped at me. I vanished from the mountaintop just in time; with a grunt, the old man slashed his sword toward a certain spot on the peak where my figure reappeared out of thin air. 0

With a loud boom, part of the mountain collapsed; a massive sword light cleaved through one peak of Emei. Cold sweat broke out on me as I hid beneath a cliff hundreds of meters high and suppressed my breath. 0

I followed the winding path down the Emei Sect mountain, using the cover of night to escape. Soon, furious shouts echoed from Emei Sect: "Thief! You stole my Arched Eyebrows scriptures! If I find out who you are, I will not spare you!" 0

I wiped the cold sweat from my forehead and muttered, "Is it a man or a woman? Who is the real culprit?" 0

Behind Emei Mountain, near the main peak Golden Summit, there were two mountains split apart by a massive sword strike. A faint gap in between allowed light to shine through at sunrise and sunset, which is why it was called A Ray of Hope. It was said that the Emei Sword Saint once comprehended the sword path here and realized the One Sword Decision. 0

"Unfortunately, none of the texts in Emei record the One Sword Decision." 0

I quickly vanished into the night and did not visit Wudang Mountain until the sixth night. 0

Wudang Sect is one of the most righteous sects in the Central Plains. Hundreds of years ago, especially during the late Yuan to early Qing period under Liu Qi, Wudang was undoubtedly the foremost sect. Wudang emphasizes self-cultivation and morality, yet its swordsmanship is incredibly fierce, and its alchemy has developed into a unique system. Most elders within the sect live to be over a hundred years old. 0

Zhang Sanfeng founded Wudang, later known as the Taoist Martial Saint. His disciples spread far and wide, taking it upon themselves to uphold justice. Throughout centuries of dynastic changes and wars, they have maintained a noble demeanor, standing apart from worldly affairs. 0

However, due to the chaos of war, Wudang inevitably became entangled with worldly matters. The disciples were severely polarized, giving rise to a bureaucratic class. Many disciples became increasingly biased in their pursuit of enlightenment, yet there were still many skilled masters within the sect. 0

As night deepened, I stealthily infiltrated Wudang, waiting for everyone to leave the Wudang Scripture Repository. 0

Yet, there was always a young man lurking inside the Scripture Repository. A sword floated behind him, and he had sharp features that suggested a keen intellect. 0
