As she officially began studying the script, Lu Duoduo thought she wouldn't have to deal with Lu Lichen anymore. However, just as she stepped out of the conference room, she unexpectedly ran into him again at the same spot! Lu Lichen leaned against the side in a bathrobe and shot him a cold glance. "Some people have ulterior motives; I'm just worried about Duoduo getting hurt."
Zhao Mo scoffed. "Sometimes I really wonder if you and Lu Duoduo are actually siblings. Back in school, you forbade any boy who showed interest in her from getting within a step of her. All these years later, your possessiveness has only intensified."
"What are you two chatting about that's so enjoyable?" Just as she finished speaking, Fang Jingyi walked in and sat down next to Lu Lichen.
She slowly took off her bathrobe, revealing her well-proportioned figure.
Lu Lichen said nothing, his dark eyes fixed solely on Lu Duoduo.
Lu Duoduo glanced down at her childish pink one-piece swimsuit, feeling an urge to flee.
“Duoduo, come over here! This spring water feels amazing,” Zhao Mo called out, waving to Lu Duoduo.
Lu Duoduo hesitated for a moment, then nodded. She stepped into the hot spring, gradually immersing herself in the warm, comforting water that surged into her heart. She couldn't help but squint her eyes, resembling a lazy little cat.
“How is it? Comfortable?”
Zhao Mo's sudden closeness made Lu Duoduo tense up, unsure of where to direct her gaze. “It’s… it’s okay…”
