A-Shan really couldn't understand the thought process of their young master more and more. Normally, after feeling unhappy at Ruan Shengyu's place, he would either go boxing or drink.
However, today, he drove to Jin Architecture.
Perhaps their boss had found another way to relieve his pent-up frustration—by putting immense pressure on his subordinates' company.
This way, the pressure on himself would lessen.
It was typical of him to be unhappy and not allow anyone around him to be happy either.
But because he was out in disguise this time, when he arrived at Jin Architecture, the receptionist was momentarily stunned. However, their Boss was low-key and instructed the receptionist not to inform anyone; he was just visiting privately.
Only then did the receptionist, still startled, fix her gaze on Jin Chengyan without moving.
This person was truly… a capital H handsome, a walking hormone!
Jin Architecture was formerly known as Qiao's Architecture, occupying five floors in this building that originally belonged to the Jin Family. Jin Chengyan headed to the third floor, where the sales department was located.
Just as he stepped out of the elevator, a girl holding documents collided with him. When A-Shan recognized who it was, she quickly retreated behind Jin Chengyan.
The one who bumped into Jin Chengyan was none other than Jono, who had been hastily called back to work by her boss.
Wasn't she supposed to take those documents upstairs for signatures? There were so many to sign, and they needed to be used immediately. Jono could only rush to the elevator as fast as possible.
Unexpectedly, she ran straight into someone.
She didn't even have time to look up and see who she had bumped into before she immediately crouched down to pick up her things.
Her hair was neatly tied back, so Jin Chengyan recognized her at a glance as Jono.
What a… reckless move.
Standing behind Jin Chengyan, A-Shan finally understood the reason why his young master had suddenly come here.
He watched as his master crouched down, picking up the scattered documents one by one and handing them to Jono.
"Thank you..." Jono said as she took the papers, and when she looked up, she met Jin Chengyan's eyes, which held a teasing glint. "What are you doing here?"
Jin Chengyan supported Jono as she stood up.
"Can't I come here?"
Jono nodded; indeed, this was his company. He could come and go as he pleased.
"Then... feel free. I still have work to do."
Jin Chengyan's lips twitched slightly, and A-Shan behind him couldn't help but smile. This woman had a unique understanding of 'freedom.'
"Don't you plan to show me around Jin Architecture?" Jin Chengyan enunciated the name clearly.
"I'm very busy. Just find someone else to show you around; I'm sure someone would be more than happy to," Jono replied. She wasn't sure of Jin Chengyan's intentions for being there, but her sixth sense told her that it might not be anything good.
Just as Jono finished speaking, a female employee from the sales department appeared. Wasn't that Jin Chengyan, who was always at the top of Qin Cheng's financial rankings?
With a man like that by her side, she'd never have to worry about food or clothing again and would live in luxury. As the youngest and prettiest employee in the sales department, Wang Jue immediately swayed her slender waist over.
"Mr. Jin, are you here for an inspection? Let me show you around the company! This is our new employee; she might not know much about the company," Wang Jue said, pushing Jono aside.
Jin Chengyan looked at Jono's bewildered expression and couldn't help but smile.
However, to Jono, it seemed like Jin Chengyan enjoyed watching her being sidelined.
Not one to back down, she shot him a look that said: Look, someone is here to show you around the company. I'm leaving!
Jin Chengyan cleared his throat lightly, his voice cool yet magnetic as he said, "You two together."
Jono glared at Jin Chengyan, while Wang Jue wore a bright smile.
"Line up, and I'll kiss each of you one by one," Jin Shao declared.
"You dare!" Jono retorted.
"Go ahead, Jin Shao. I've got your back!" Deacon chimed in.
