As they stepped into the passage, the door behind them closed with a soft thud, plunging the corridor into darkness. Su Meiniang felt an unusual sense of joy after acquiring the treasure, while Bai Zhuo held Cao Yu's hand tightly as they ventured deeper into the passage.
It was indeed an Undead Soldier that they encountered. After walking only a hundred steps, Bai Zhuo found himself at a fork in the path with three dead ends. Bai Zhuo stopped, cradling Cao Yu's head in his hands. His lips found hers, and he exhaled gently into her mouth.

They collapsed onto the ground, and Cao Yu laughed uncontrollably. Bai Zhuo couldn't help but join in her laughter. As they laughed, tears streamed down Cao Yu's face. After a while, she turned to Bai Zhuo and said, "Thank you for saving me once again."
