After receiving these two fierce attacks, the Imposter Yincai had nearly lost its ability to resist. Even its roars and cries had weakened significantly, clearly indicating that it had lost its capacity to fight back, as if it were gravely injured. I didn't know if it felt pain, but at the very least, it no longer possessed the ferocity it had when dealing with me. 0

Master Pan and my master did not stop their assault; instead, they continued with a series of attacks that left both me and Master Xiao in awe. Master Pan thrust forcefully at the Imposter Yincai and said, "Just surrender. If you refuse, we'll continue fighting. It's been a long time since I've enjoyed myself like this. Old Xu, you can handle the rest." After saying this, he stood up and walked over to his Cosmic Bag to start packing up his things. 0

My master glanced sideways at Master Pan, shook his head, and began to ask questions. I watched the entire questioning process unfold and won't bother to recount it in detail here; I'll just summarize the key points. 0

The Imposter Yincai was indeed a remnant from the Hundred Demons Riot during the destruction of the Four Olds. To evade capture by Yin Chai and other senior figures at that time, it fled from Hunan all the way to Guangdong. Initially, three Spirit Gods escaped together, but later one Yin Chai missed the chance to return to the Underworld while pursuing them. Unfortunately for that Yin Chai, it couldn't return before the Ghost Gate closed and lost most of its ability to pursue Spirit Gods. All it could do was use its ability to lure New Souls, but how could such a minor power easily deal with three genuine ghosts that had emerged from the Underworld? Eventually, after Yin Chai used the Soul Lock Chain to disperse two of the fleeing Spirit Gods, it was itself scattered by an enraged Spirit God. 0

This Spirit God seized Yin Chai's Soul Lock Chain and managed to remain in the human realm for several decades through various means. However, this situation couldn't last forever; it sought to bribe other Yin Chai to return to the Underworld and replace the Yin Chai it had scattered, becoming a true Yin Chai itself. Bribing Yin Chai required a large amount of Joss Paper, and it couldn't use methods that violated heavenly principles to demand Joss Paper from humans. Thus, it resorted to some underhanded tactics similar to how Xiaolin's crew burned Joss Paper during filming, which allowed it to collect some without guilt. 0

That's roughly how this Spirit God's story unfolded. In the end, rather than being scattered, my master and Master Pan found a shaman who contacted the local Yin Chai to take it away, where it would face harsh punishment in the Underworld. Unfortunately, I still hadn't fully resolved matters concerning Mu Xue; despite my persistent efforts, I ultimately couldn't find a solution. 0

This story has come to an end; I've written thirty chapters—it's the longest one among all my stories. 0

I'm sure many of you have questions about Liu Bi, Wizard Master, the tale of the Soul-keeping Umbrella, and the relationships between my master, Master Pan, and Wizard Master; about Mu Xue's final outcome; about that Hundred Demons Riot in '66; about issues regarding bribing Yin Chai; and so on. All these matters will be revealed one by one in due time. 0

As for Liu Bi, it's my only Spirit God friend. After this incident, it sought me out many times for Mu Xue's sake and our friendship. This fellow always appeared before me in unexpected ways. The most infuriating instance was when I was taking a shower; this guy actually knocked on my bathroom window from outside while I lived on a floor over twenty stories high! It shared many stories about the Underworld with me—twisted plots filled with unbelievable events. If you're interested in its tales, I could write them down for you; they could fill an entire book rather than just a side story. 0
Perhaps... never mind, if I keep rambling, it will truly seem overly sentimental. Thank you to all the friends who supported me today; I won't name names here, let's save that for tomorrow. Writing five chapters a day is indeed a bit much for someone like me with clumsy hands. But I'm glad I managed to stick with it. Haha. Good night, everyone. 0
