The Swamp Python, surviving in the marshes at the lowlands of the Taihang Mountains, was one of the very things we were searching for.
But how did it end up here?
I couldn't fathom it, but what worried me even more was that Nine-Tailed Fox swallowed by it.
Its speed was astonishing, bursting forth from the Water Surface of the lake below like lightning, and in an instant, it devoured the Nine-Tailed Fox whole.

I sighed in response, "What a pity for that little fox; it was swallowed alive just like that."
No sooner had I spoken than a muffled sound erupted from the lake. The Swamp Python that had just plunged into the water suddenly burst forth from the Water Surface again, soaring into the air like a dragon, shooting straight up.
"Not good! It's coming up! Get back!" Mingyue exclaimed in alarm, pushing me aside and knocking me to the ground.
After pushing me down, she immediately tackled Mu Yan to the ground, her body pinning him down.
I lifted my head slightly, my face filled with shock.

So now, I stared blankly at the colorful glow before me as it quickly landed on the ground beside me, transforming into the shape of a Nine-Tailed Fox upon touching down.
“It’s you,” I exclaimed in disbelief.
The little fox glanced at me with lively eyes.
But then it turned its gaze toward the Swamp Python. To my astonishment, it spoke human words, coldly addressing the creature: “You beast, how dare you attempt to swallow This Immortal? You truly are tired of living.”
“Very well.”
It suddenly paused and then said, "Since you've come to me, let's make this easy for the kid."
When I heard that voice, I froze in place, my eyes wide as I stared at the little fox in front of me.
Especially when it uttered the words "This Immortal," I felt a jolt run through my entire body.
The little fox before me was the Hu Family Immortal.
I was almost overwhelmed by my own realization.
But it proved to be true.
In an instant, as the voice fell, the little fox with the Nine-Tailed Fox appearance shimmered with a radiant light and transformed into the form of the Hu Family Immortal.
The stunningly beautiful woman stood before me.
Yet at that moment, she exuded an immense pressure.
I felt utterly unwell; earlier, I had thought she was merely a little fox with Nine Tails and even entertained the idea of drawing blood from her.
